So GOOOD!! I purchased a 20 foot Sea Foam gold end beginning of lock down, and the tonal improvement was literally WIDE EYED WOW! Love the heavy duty, and wayyy quieter (like microphonically much quieter than a fatsoflex even and those were my live "quiet" cord standard). So, during live stage (loud volume) use, I was using a big name $$$ cable. The Rattlesnake Sea Foam Snake Head gold ends direct to Mesa Mark 4 (a noisy higher gain amp) dethroned that. Really big difference. Quieter and just overall clearer and better sounding, straight to amp, secret weapon! So I decided to do my whole pedalboard in Mean Green gold ends. The improvement again, in clarity and just bigger overall sound, hard to describe. So much worth the $$$ that I'm measuring out all my FX cables, dozen or so amp sends from my board and any other signal cables flowing through my rig. Mean Green of course. *I'd like to mentions, the turnaround time, was ONE DAY from order to ship!!! NO himmm-hawwing or excuses. I emailed an order for 10 custom cables Thursday. An hour or so later Hank had already helped me further refine my order for my board exactly, and it was completed and shipped Friday. Hank also made me a personalized thank you video. Model business. Perfect service. The cables are SO much better than my hodgepodge, spaghetti bowl of mixed "quality" brands I won't name. No need. They're all getting sold and like I said, a dozen amp or more cables from board (10-20 footers there), some FX cables, rack cables and some others are on the list to order now. I'd absolutely recommend these cables to anyone looking to upgrade their guitar signal chain. Without hesitation and without buying into internet snake oil, BUY a Rattlesnake guitar cable and see for starters HOW much better they sound. SO good!!

I had first heard of Rattlesnake Cable Company through and advertisement the cables looked great in fact they looked a bit too good to be true. Looked around and saw that they were selling instrument cables on amazon so I bought one from there as a safe way to test out the brand ( like I said at the time seemed a little too good to be true) the cable arrived in very impressive packaging along with with a bag for the cable a brochure and a sticker( I’m a sucker for stickers) needless to say any worry’s I had were gone I found the website and ordered another instrument cable along with a speaker cable and a patch cable. Not only did I get the same great packaging but when ordering from the site I even received a personal video from the owner hank letting me know that my cables would be the first ones to be made that day and to keep my out for an email with the shipping address. Rattlesnake cable co has by far the greatest customer support I’ve ever experienced to the point it felt like I was dreaming. As far as I can tell, the only advancement in cables over the last thirty years or so has been a renaissance of retro fabric wrapped products and, perhaps, some improved durability, maybe quality of materials. No sense in reinventing the wheel. But...these cables are different. They feel different. Not in a gimmicky way; it's because of their behavior. Even though the hardware on either end is substantial and tough, these products seem weightless, are just flexible enough to accommodate movement, but stiff enough to resist the usual braiding and tangling. I ordered an angled plug, and it DOES fit into the concave of my tele jack. The texture of the wrap is attractive, has some personality, for sure, but seems a cut above in how protects and doesn't accumulate grime (you know the feeling of an old cable that's been dragged across who-knows-what for years). Plus, they just look pretty cool without stealing the show from your axe. A great complement. A balance of sci-fi and vintage (tweedy look from a distance). Might seem sort of dandy-ish or super nerdy, but because you can choose colors and weaves you can complement the aesthetics of your instrument. I don't think it's wishful thinking or some purely psychological defense of paying a little more, but they sound better, cleaner, bigger. The two things I've done to do justice to my Collings SoCo and tele...and to get the most out of my Carr Mercury: buying an excellent buffer...and getting a few of these cables (I am waiting for a patch from amp to pedalboard to arrive soon).

And, really appreciated Hank getting int touch with (phone call) to combine two orders that I messed up, so that I could save on shipping. And, he reminded me of the 20% sale, which whittled down cost even more. This is not faceless business as usual.
