Fantastic company. Upon receiving my order they sent me a personalized video informing me of receipt and when to expect my order. I received my 2 custom 10ft guitar cables, one gold one nickel, within 3 days. Absolutely incredible quality and customer service. If you loop your cable through a strap I recommend adding the protective “tail”. To protect the surface of the guitar I will be ordering again and I highly recommend this product and company!
