Is it time to upgrade your studio's headphone extension cables to something that is a bit more durable?
Our Headphone Extension cable uses our dual conductor cable with the same outside diameter as our standard instrument cable. The TRS/Stereo cable uses a pair of 20AWG conductors and uses a BC copper braided shield internally which helps with noise and interference.
The Headphone Extension cable uses our 1/4" Neutrik Gold TRS plug on one end and the 1/4" Neutrik Female plug on the other. The locking female plug will your headphone plug in place!
Due to the nature of the female plug, weave is not an option
- Conductor/Shield 99.95% BC
- Braided copper shield (95% coverage)
- Pair of stranded 20AWG conductors
- 1/4" Neutrik Gold TRS Straight Plug
- 1/4" Neutrik Locking Female Plug
- Cable milled in the United States
- Hand-assembled in Missoula, Montana
- SKU: SKU-0D013FFE
Charlie J. - just got the 15' headphone extension cable.....built like a battleship and no difference in sound whether using the cable or just with phones plugged directly in to my amp....and the female end grabs the phone plug like a dog latched on to your pants...

Family-Owned Business
Rattlesnake Cable Company started with a simple idea by me - Hank. It quickly encapsulated my entire family, from my kids to my wife, Amy. Now, Amy and I are 100% committed to the success of the business and love that it has grown into a fantastic team moving forward.
U.S. Milled Custom Cable
We take great pride that our custom instrument, XLR, and speaker cables are milled in the United States. All of our milled cables are built to our specifications here in the states and then soldered by hand in Missoula, Montana, by our great team!
We Are Musicians
We are musicians. What does that mean? We know what it feels like when gear fails on stage. We hate that feeling, and we think about that with every build. As musicians, we also know how hard the road can be on gear and focus on making it stand the abuse.
Lifetime Warranty
We will absolutely take care of you if you run into any issues with your cable. We do our best to prevent issues and understand life on stages and on the road can be hard on the cables. We've been there, and we'll definitely treat you right if you have any issues.

Hank is amazing his cables are a dream come true. Customer service is terrific, tracking right away. Personalized email progress reports, an exhausting amount of care goes into every sale. I had fender gold end festival cables that I thought were pretty good but, when I hooked up with hanks snake head gold jack cable I noticed an instant jump in the quality of my guitar signal. I have personally never had a gear buying experience that has been better. Thank you Hank Donovan and the Rattlesnake team!
