If I have problems with my order, what should I do?
First off, we hope that you never have a problem with the cable or the website. If you do, do NOT worry, we got you. There are so many ways to get a hold of us. You can contact us via the chat window or send us a message here on the site. Also, reaching out via Instagram and Facebook is an option. We are very quick to respond, and contacting us through chat or email is the best route (since social outreach we may have delayed notifications). We stand behind our product and service, and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
How long does it take for you to build the cables?
We like to build fast around here. We know that you're excited about your cable purchase and want to get the cable as soon as possible. We generally start the build right away and have cables out the door the following day. On certain days like holidays or Sundays, delivery services are closed, but you should still receive a shipping notification. We are open seven days a week, so we work hard to get these cables out the door! We take great pride that our custom cable is milled in the United States. We work with a variety of mills, where we provide drawings for exact specifications. The cable is then milled and delivered to us in Missoula, Montana, where we hand-solder every cable for you!
Where do you enter a coupon code?
There are a variety of places to enter a coupon code. The most common place is in the shopping cart. Look for the COUPON button on the bottom right side of the cart. Additionally, we have links for coupons on the Shipping and Payment pages too. If you continue to have trouble, we can help over chat or email.
Where do you enter a gift card code?
Gift Cards are different than Coupon Codes. Many people try to enter the Gift Card code as a Coupon. Coupons are a discount, whereas a Gift Card is basically cash. You need to enter the gift card code on the Payment page. Scroll down past the credit card and PayPal options and look for the button titled "Use Gift Card for this Order." This will deduct the gift card amount and allow you to pay the remainder with a credit card or PayPal.
Are these cables built to order?
At Rattlesnake Cable Company, we are always building cables. Either to order or for our dealers. Typically, all orders placed on the website are built to order. But that does not mean it slows us down. If we're not building custom cables, we're always working on dealer stock.

I'm interested in different lengths than what I see available. Do you do custom builds?
Great. We provide the basic lengths that are popular but understand different situations, and applications can call for very specific lengths. We love custom builds. Just fill out our custom build form - please be as descriptive as possible. We'll look it over and provide you with a link to add the custom cable(s) to your cart.
