Shipping Policy.
We take pride in our quick build times and shipping!
How Do We Ship?
We ship all packages via USPS (United States Postal Service) or via UPS. All cables and other products will be safely packaged in sturdy cardboard box. We take pride in our quick shipping. International Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail International. Alternate shipping carrier arrangements can be made (FedEx or UPS) but we will need to be contacted prior to transaction completion.
USPS 2-3-Day depending on what region of the United States you are located in and the distance from Montana. UPS can take a few more days.
When To Expect Your Products
We take great pride in our quick build times and shipping. All cables are custom built and are usually completed in 1-2 days after the order is received. Larger orders can sometimes take a little longer. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement when the web order has been finalized, and you will also receive a "Build Started" email when the order is in the build queue. When orders are completed, you will receive a shipping notification, including tracking, when the shipping label is created. Our typical time frame for a single cable is a one-day build, then 2-3 days USPS ship time in the United States. International orders can be longer depending on border processing, etc.

I have not received my items - what should I do?
Please send us a message on our form or initiate a chat with us to check on the status of the order. If the order has been shipped, we can communicate with USPS to file case to see if we can track down the package. We'll do our very best to ensure you get your product!

These are hands down the best cables! I use an XLR, quarter inch, and an IEC power cable from Rattlesnake and they are simply amazing. I have great tone and no noise! Thanks Hank and the team!

The cables are well built, durable, and very cool looking. The option to customize your lengths, plug ends, and weaves gives any musician exactly what they need for their rig.

One of, if not, the most well packaged parcel I've ever recieved. The cable I received is exceptional, it's sturdy but flexible, looks great, the plugs are solidly and cleanly attached. Much more room in the treble range, and the bass range is way cleaner from the improvement of capacitance coming from the standard cables I was using before. I 10/10 recommend Rattlesnake Cables, and fully intend on converting all of my cables to theirs.
