Shipping Policy.
We take pride in our quick build times and shipping!
How Do We Ship?
We ship all packages via USPS (United States Postal Service) or via UPS. All cables and other products will be safely packaged in sturdy cardboard box. We take pride in our quick shipping. International Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail International. Alternate shipping carrier arrangements can be made (FedEx or UPS) but we will need to be contacted prior to transaction completion.
USPS 2-3-Day depending on what region of the United States you are located in and the distance from Montana. UPS can take a few more days.
When To Expect Your Products
We take great pride in our quick build times and shipping. All cables are custom built and are usually completed in 1-2 days after the order is received. Larger orders can sometimes take a little longer. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement when the web order has been finalized, and you will also receive a "Build Started" email when the order is in the build queue. When orders are completed, you will receive a shipping notification, including tracking, when the shipping label is created. Our typical time frame for a single cable is a one-day build, then 2-3 days USPS ship time in the United States. International orders can be longer depending on border processing, etc.

I have not received my items - what should I do?
Please send us a message on our form or initiate a chat with us to check on the status of the order. If the order has been shipped, we can communicate with USPS to file case to see if we can track down the package. We'll do our very best to ensure you get your product!

I decided to endorse this company after doing some research and finding that Rattlesnake makes excellent cables and they use the best connectors and wiring, not the cheesy components you can get Guitar Center. They also come in funky colors including one that actually looks like a Rattlesnake!. Made in the USA these cables have been tested on my last 2 gigs and they performed flawlessly. I highly recommend these cables for all your guitar and sound system needs. They have a customer service that actually answers your questions promptly!

I came across Rattlesnake Cables through a friend and purchased two Snake Head cables in "Mean Green". The cables are beautiful and very well constructed. And I swear my tone just sounds better through these cables (could be in my head, but I'm happy!). I would absolutely recommend this company and their products. Great customer service, fast shipping, and the cables are quite excellent.
