Shipping Policy.
We take pride in our quick build times and shipping!
How Do We Ship?
We ship all packages via USPS (United States Postal Service) or via UPS. All cables and other products will be safely packaged in sturdy cardboard box. We take pride in our quick shipping. International Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail International. Alternate shipping carrier arrangements can be made (FedEx or UPS) but we will need to be contacted prior to transaction completion.
USPS 2-3-Day depending on what region of the United States you are located in and the distance from Montana. UPS can take a few more days.
When To Expect Your Products
We take great pride in our quick build times and shipping. All cables are custom built and are usually completed in 1-2 days after the order is received. Larger orders can sometimes take a little longer. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement when the web order has been finalized, and you will also receive a "Build Started" email when the order is in the build queue. When orders are completed, you will receive a shipping notification, including tracking, when the shipping label is created. Our typical time frame for a single cable is a one-day build, then 2-3 days USPS ship time in the United States. International orders can be longer depending on border processing, etc.

I have not received my items - what should I do?
Please send us a message on our form or initiate a chat with us to check on the status of the order. If the order has been shipped, we can communicate with USPS to file case to see if we can track down the package. We'll do our very best to ensure you get your product!

Hands down the best cables around. I purchased both instrument cables and XLR cables (all in my favorite Sidewinder Black weave) and have been extremely happy with the cables and the attention to detail from Hank and the entire Rattlesnake Cables team.

I have been playing music a good part of my life, I am always in search of improving every aspect of what I do. Having never been totally satisfied with guitar cables out of local and major music stores, I decided to take a chance on the Rattlesnake Cable Company that kept popping up in my newsfeed. I rarely do such things. I ordered two 10 ft cable for me with a very cool looking rattlesnake weave pattern, and a 15 ft red weave cable for my wife’s Spector bass. The next morning, to my utter surprise, I had received an email with a personal video from Hank, thanking me for the business and telling me his crew would be starting on my order first thing that morning and it should ship out by end of day. I received cables three days later, each individually wrapped in their own little gig bag. I was totally impressed with the quality of these cables, so very cool looking and they look indestructible. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I’m glad I took that chance, Hank and the crew will get my business wherever that need arises.
