I can tell you that the customer service for every single person hasn't been above and beyond what is called for. The quality of rattlesnake cables is on par with anything else out there regardless of price. I have spent a whole lot more on so-called boutique cables, only to have them fail from their construction methods. I used tons of cables and testing and playing both and have had not one inkling of an issue with any single Rattlesnake product.
