TOP NOTCH. You will not find better customer service in the music business, or any other business for that matter. There are cable companies out there that make great cables but I guarantee you won't find a better product than anything RCC makes and you for sure won't find better customer service anywhere.

I am using this with a TRS cable to a single insert for the effects loop on the Grace Felix preamp. The folks at Rattlesnake responded quickly and assured me that this was the right move. I purchased the TRS to Dual mono splitter about two weeks ago and just received it. It was pretty simple for its function and I didn't expect too much from it. However, the next day I received a short video message from Hank which was surprising and definitely memorable. The product came with better-than-usual packaging and I really appreciate that. The product has robust built quality! And all the component has attention to detail and are assembled carefully. Just out of curiosity I opened the chassis up and was happy to find everything was well organized and soldered with care. I would never have thought I'd find so much satisfaction from such a small simple product, but Rattlesnake delivered just that :) I originally planned to keep this under my pedalboard, but since it looks so pleasing and doesn't take up a lot of space, I decided to put it on the pedalboard. My only complaint is that shipping was quite costly for the size of the item and the amount it took to get here. I paid that was almost the price of the product itself (I was getting an inexpensive item though), and it still took over a week. 5 business days isn't bad, but with that price, I was hoping for something that was even quicker. However, guys at Rattlesnake assembled the unit very quickly and it was shipped the next day the order was placed. I will definitely consider more products from them in the future if the shipping costs a bit less!
