I purchased the TRS to Dual mono splitter about two weeks ago and just received it. It was pretty simple for its function and I didn't expect too much from it. However, the next day I received a short video message from Hank which was surprising and definitely memorable. The product came with better-than-usual packaging and I really appreciate that. The product has robust built quality! And all the component has attention to detail and are assembled carefully. Just out of curiosity I opened the chassis up and was happy to find everything was well organized and soldered with care. I would never have thought I'd find so much satisfaction from such a small simple product, but Rattlesnake delivered just that :) I originally planned to keep this under my pedalboard, but since it looks so pleasing and doesn't take up a lot of space, I decided to put it on the pedalboard. My only complaint is that shipping was quite costly for the size of the item and the amount it took to get here. I paid that was almost the price of the product itself (I was getting an inexpensive item though), and it still took over a week. 5 business days isn't bad, but with that price, I was hoping for something that was even quicker. However, guys at Rattlesnake assembled the unit very quickly and it was shipped the next day the order was placed. I will definitely consider more products from them in the future if the shipping costs a bit less!
