I came across the Rattlesnake TRS to Dual Mono Splitter and figured I'd give it a try. I purchased the splitter and a TRS cable, which arrived within two days. The cable was high quality and packed in a sweet cloth drawstring bag. They threw in a sticker and a classy handwritten note from Hank on a Rattlesnake notepad. The splitter setup was cake and it fit on my board nicely. I don't use amps so I have one signal going to my HX Stomp and the other to my DI-2112. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase and customer service. They've earned a customer for life.

I currently use the Blackstar Amped 1 pedal amplifier for my rig. The issue I had was that the effects loop is a TRS connection that uses a y-cable to split to the two mono TS connections. I don't like having a special cable to make things work because what if it fails in the middle of a gig? Can't let that happen. So I started researching ways to replace the y-cable with something easier to fix if a cable fails. After some research I came across Rattlesnake Cable Company and found that they made a TRS to mono splitter box! This works perfectly for my effects loop. Now I can make custom cable lengths that clean up my pedal board. Now, if a cable fails I can easily just replace the bad one without having to find a special y-cable. Thank you Rattlesnake!

Not only that but he offered me a discount code. Then he also sent me a personalized video thanking me for my purchase! When I received the splitter (super fast btw!) there was also a handwritten thank you note. You just don't see this level of customer service anymore so it was very refreshing! I will happily pay more for better quality USA family made products, so I will be buying future cables through Rattlesnake Cable Company from now on! Thank you!
