I've never thought of cables as being anything other than utilitarian, however the tone clarity Rattlesnake cables provides has truly been inspiring in my playing. Amazing. Hank is incredible and very customer focused. I had an issue with the Neutrik silent plugs (not a Rattlesnake issue) not engaging correctly. Hank immediately fixed the issue and shipped it back at his expense! I'll never buy another brand of cable.
