What Mike B. Said...

Testimonial:

Rattlesnake Cables are very high quality, and exceeded my expectations in performance and functionality. The Retro Coil Cable is the perfect length, and is unobtrusive both in it's stretchiness and the length of the non-coiled ends. 10/10.

Thoughts about our Service:

The customer service was fantastic, with updates and videos along the way, and went the extra mile with little additions like the cable bag, stickers, and notepad included in the delivery.

Testimonial:

Solidly built cable. Coily cables are perfect for small stage situations such as a small church. Plus, I think they look cool and since I play a Fender Bass VI and a Strat, if some highs are rounded off, all the better.

Testimonial:

Rattlesnake has no peer in the industry, they make the finest cables. Period. On top of that, Hank is an amazingly nice dude, and his cables are the best I've ever used in my entire life. The combination of feeling fantastic about my high performance, professional-grade gear, and feeling good about supporting a really nice and genuine dude who really cares about the customer, has made this a wonderful experience, and me a lifelong customer. Thank you so much for the hard work you do, Hank, to support musicians that truly care about their equipment and understand that if you feel badly about your equipment, you play badly. Rattlesnake makes me a better bassist. You are a legend, Hank, truly. I'll support you and your wonderful business as much and for as long as I can!

Thoughts about our Service:

What Brian K. Said...

Testimonial:

Both the snakehead and retro curly cables are great. Quality feel, great fidelity. The retro curly really surprised me. It's heavy, in a good way, and it is super stretchy. I was worried that it would pull stuff off my amp or put a lot of stress on either end, but I can walk around all over and this thing stretches so easily. It goes back to shape no problems and doesn't get wound up like an old phone cord either. I'd buy again in a heartbeat.

Thoughts about our Service:

Fantastic. Easy to order quick shipment on a custom product. Lots of contact throughout the process.

Testimonial:

I purchased a 15' Snake Head in Midnight Purple with Neutrik Right Angle Gold connected to Neutrik Right Angle Gold with 25' of Retro Coily Cable. Plugged the coily cable in upon receipt and it has been great! Sounds amazing and super convenient! I only have one problem with it. It has been so good that I haven't used anything but the coily cable since I received it, including the other cable I ordered at the same time, My snake head cable looks awesome, but I haven't even plugged it in yet.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Loved hearing from Hank following my purchase. I have had no issues with the product, and therefore no dealings with customer service.

Testimonial:

It's just the best cable out there. I got the coily red one and it works great, Sounds great! I know it's just a cable, but it's a simple piece of gear that for me I'd like to look at it like a guitar or a drum set.
