Thanks to Hank and Rattlesnake Cables I no longer worry about cables being something that might fail during shows. I have been using several Rattlesnake Cables for a few years now with never an issue. 50 years doing shows, years on the road as a player, stage manager, tour manager, years in the A/V biz as a director I have seen a lifetime of failed cables. Top dollar, low budget, home made. A myriad of broken cables in a pile. Rattlesnake has solved this dilemma. They sound amazing, they roll up easier then any cable I've ever used before and they look fantastic. I'm eagerly looking forward to our next show with my new coily and pedalboard cables. Thanks Rattlesnake Team. The best!

I am not someone who often rates anything 5 stars (my own projects included). Rattlesnake Cable Company is a rare exception that earns my 5-star review. High quality cables, this isn't my first order, and it won't be my last. I've never had an issue with any of the cables I've purchased. Amazing shipping speed and great presentation. I don't know how I could feel more valued as a customer.

After many years of dealing with crap cables, I ran across rattlesnake on Amazon and bought a cable to replace a bad one. I liked it, so I made another order straight from the rattlesnake site. I ordered Saturday morning, Hank reached out with a Saturday morning video message “thank you”, and the cable was at my house by Monday morning. After using these cables, I realized I wanted to redo the whole signal chain with these and be done. Several orders later and I’m close! Buy these if you want to buy once and not have to replace cheap junk.

Testimonial:

I purchased my first rattlesnake cable about 10 days ago after hearing rave reviews from a friend who also uses them. My 15 foot Snakehead cable was a replacement for one that I've had for four or five years. It just cut out on me in the middle of a gig. Isn't that always the way? I’m very pleased with the quality of construction and the heavy duty nature of the cord. Also like the fact that it was available with a purple wrap. I like this straight cable so much that I took advantage of a 20% fourth discount and purchased a red retro Coley cable. I was a fan of the old whirlwind coil cables when they were available when the 70s and once that company went out of business, I could never find another that seemed heavy duty enough. I used the coil cable today and it was perfect for the job. Kept the cable out from under foot. There was no reduction and sound quality at all. I also have to say that I was impressed with the customer service and personalization angle from rattlesnake. As you're ordering my first cable, I immediately got a thank you from Hank and then a follow-up email when the cable construction was started. The next day I was extremely surprised to find a video, personalized for me by Hank, thanking him for the purchase. This is the kind of quality and attention to detail and customer service that you don’t find. I very pleased with these cables and highly recommend them.

Might be the best cables I've ever owned. I've tried many high end brands with warranties etc but in the end the cables failed from basic studio work and live shows. I've got maybe 5-6 Rattlesnake cables and have had them for years and no issues the quality is excellent and the look great. I just purchased a coily cable to try it out amazing how nice the cord is and you can feel the quality in the cable. Great company very helpful when I need custom cables etc.

These cables are bulletproof. I've purchased a bunch of instrument and speaker cables and have been using them at home and on stage for several years. They've taken a beating and have stood up to the abuse of traveling and touring with ease. Great cables, great company, and outstanding customer service! I truly appreciate the personal touch Hank and company put into every cable and the attention to detail and care that goes into everything, even the box and packaging is unparalleled.

This is my second purchase from Rattlesnake Cable Company. I'm beyond pleased with the quality and customer service I have experienced. I messaged Rattlesnake one evening inquiring if they could do an 50' standard cable in Sidewinder Red as the promotion had just ended. I have also been wanting a Coily cable and I decided to order both. Hank sent me a custom link for the order that even included 20% off. The next day I asked Rattlesnake if they would sell me a few sleeve ends for other custom cables I had purchased from another company that didn't have them. By the time I asked about the sleeves, my order was already packaged up and ready to ship. Rattlesnake reopened my package and included the sleeves for free. So if you order from Rattlesnake Cable Company and want to change your order, you better do it quickly as they are extremely fast, without compromising quality or customer service. Already planning my 3rd order. I love to support such awesomeness ????

Testimonial:

With the purchase of some of the fantastic IEC power cables (one for my pedal board and one for my amp), I recently finished the complete overhaul of all of my cables in my entire rig to Rattlesnakes, and the results are predictably incredible. Not only do they look great (they look fantastic), but most importantly, I never, ever worry about any of my cables shorting out while at a show, a rehearsal, or a recording session.

Thoughts about our Service:

It's amazing - when you order from Rattlesnake, you feel like you're getting some type of special VIP treatment, but it's just their absolute dedication to quality and craftsmanship and their belief in their superior product. Honestly, and I mean this, I hope at some point they start to make A/V cables because I would outfit my home systems with them too.

What was purchased:

I have a coily cable that goes from my bass to my pedal board, a complete pedal board kit, an IEC power cable for the pedal board, a standard cable from my pedal board to my amp, a speaker cable from my head to my cabinet (one end is standard, one is Neutrik), and finally another IEC power cable from my amp to the wall. I have also bought standard snake heads for two of my bandmates.
