I am a Missoula native, but I didn't hear about Rattlesnake Cable Company until I went to school in California where a professor of mine swore by Rattlesnake Cables. Being a performer/composer, I wanted to take full advantage of the instruments that I have, one of them being a Rickenbacker 4003FL with a Ric-O-Sound stereo output. Most of the equipment I saw for using the stereo output on that bass was either overpriced or seemed unreliable, but then I found that Rattlesnake Cable Company had exactly what I needed. They make a stereo cable and splitter that's simple and reliable, and you can order the cable with the specifications you want, such as having one end at an angle to plug into the guitar. Purchasing their TRS cable and Dual Stereo to Mono splitter has enabled me to take full advantage of the sonic possibilities of that classic bass, and I'm going to use it to make a lot of noise.

Thoughts about our Service:

The customer service was excellent, they answered all my questions and got my order made specifically for want I wanted. I highly recommend buying your cables here because you can actually talk to someone about them instead of just ordering online and hoping they work right.

Testimonial:

Exceptional cables, personalized service, fast shipping, great price. Rattlesnake Cables are without a doubt a superior product to the big name brands that are typically found in the large chain stores. The unique weave on the exterior of each cable adds to the durability and allows you to either personalize or color code if you require several cables for your rig. They offer a wide variety of options and if you need, you may request a custom cable to suite your needs. Personalized service takes these exceptional cables to the next level. Email confirmation of your order within minutes, hand written notes when your order arrives, and a follow up to ensure you are satisfied. I had a small hiccup on my last order when the payment was processing, and I received an email within 30 minutes asking if the order was legitimate, and an apology for the hiccup in the system; completely unnecessary, but speaks volumes about their commitment to your satisfaction. Shipping is always within a day or so of your order. Rattlesnake sets a very high standard and I will not use any other.

I was recommended rattlesnake cable co, through a Rickenbacker Facebook page. I was after using the rick-o-sound on my 78 4001. I asked Hank a few questions on line, and he recommended the bits I needed. I ordered on 3rd Oct 2020 and was shipped on the 5th, it arrived at my house on 14th Oct in Liverpool UK. The quality is outstanding, even down to the cloth bags for storage, I can't fault this guy. If you need a cable you gotta use RattlesnakeCables.com.

Hank - I got my order yesterday; once again - highest quality products, quality packaging, fast shipping, great doing business with you guys! I wanted to let you know, for future reference, the TRS cable and TRS Dual Mono Splitter are the PERFECT set-up for my Michael Kelly Hybrid. I patch cabled into my pedal board, ran the other mono cable to my acoustic amp, now I'm good to go. I can switch between electric and acoustic on the fly, or mix. Couldn't be happier! Perfect! Thanks again!
