I've been buying music gear for over 50 years and buying from Rattlesnake Cable Company ranks at the very top of a rather large pyramid when it comes to customer experience. So much so that I made a point to share it with the first person I could! I found Rattlesnake while looking for a 1/4" TRS to dual mono breakout box. I ordered late one night and first thing the next morning I'm looking at a video email from the owner telling me that they were starting to build out my box that morning. I was so impressed that I decided to order a cable also, even though I had just ordered the same cable from Sweetwater. I just felt a need to further support such a great entrepreneur. He even found a way to work out combining the 2 orders for shipping sake. Great communications. When my product arrived, I was blown away by the packaging. The breakout box came in a sturdy box packaged in a small bag with logo along with a decal, discount coupon, and...get this...a personal message on a desktop notepad! You have made me a customer for life!

I ordered a splitter to use on the Ric-O-Sound jack of my Rickenbacker 360/12. Shortly after my order I got a super nice short video thank you from Hank. After I got the splitter in very short turnaround time, I saw I needed a special cable to make it work. I e-mailed Hank with a question and low and behold not more than 5 minutes after I sent the e-mail, he called me. He answered all my questions and made sure that I ordered the correct cable. The cable came in two days. Both items came in a special bag with Rattlesnake logo, and A notepad with logo. Great customer service and quality products. Initially purchased a couple point solutions for my Ric-O-Sound -a custom TRS cable with snake head and gold r-angle tip and the TRS to Mono adapter, (which is bar none the best solution I've found for Ric-o-sound). I ended up replacing my mono cables as well - the snake head solution is brilliant. Hank took the time to send me a welcome video and followed with a direct phone call to help with a shipping issue. Customer service is NOT dead with Rattlesnake Cable Co. My bandmates have recently noticed the cables - commented on how they look like snakes... I then show off the durability of the cables - these cables are incredibly tough. The nylon weave is bulletproof. Not only does the weave help keep the cables' twist in a perfect circle, it also ensures cables are very well protected from the impacts of regular use. And they're made with love in the USA.

I needed a stereo instrument cable with 1/4" gold ends, (1 straight and 1 right angle) and the only company I could find that could supply that was Rattlesnake Cable in Missoula, Montana. I ordered it on Friday, it was fabricated and in the mail on Saturday, and I received it on Tuesday. The cost was less than I had anticipated for a cable of this quality, but in addition to all of that, I got a personal "thanks" from the owner. I am rarely impressed with packaging & presentation, but when my cable arrived, just opening the box was a fun experience.

I am so pleased with the performance of the TRS cable and Splitter box from Rattlesnake Cables! I have been using another custom cable maker for years, but I'm getting micro-phonic trouble from them now and I don't abuse my cables. I wanted to try a different maker to see if I can hear a difference...and I can! This Rattlesnake TRS cable is nice and flexible and has a very quite noise floor and maintains great clarity. I run a guitar with a piezo output where I use this awesome little splitter, and it works great....no popping or noise when switching my output from magnetic pickup to piezo. Very please with my purchase and will soon be getting a couple of speaker amp cables from Rattlesnake to try out as well!
