Hank replied in a very diplomatic way about my inquiry. So, I sent an e-mail leaving my phone number, asking if he would leave me a text. I wanted to talk about the product and my guitars..etc. He called me that day, and I was not expecting that... So, I returned the call, and he took the time to answer my questions. Very cool. I really like the human touch in transactions. Here was a small company in Montana wanting to deliver a great product in a very down-home way.. I was looking for a way to use the stereo output option on my bass guitar and no where had a solid answer on what was needed. The major companies were saying using a Y cable but all they offered were 3 feet long cables or weird adapters. I ended up stumbling upon Rattlesnake and I read an article from them talking about how to use it and what gear is needed, with links provided to see what the gear looks like! After ordering the gear, receiving it, and playing with it, I am defiantly hooked with the quality and craftsmanship of the gear, I will defiantly be returning for more!

I ordered my products in 2 ordered because I realized I needed a TRS cable after ordering the splitter. Everywhere else had short cables and Rattlesnake was the only one I could find to offer 20ft length. So I ordered it on a separate order. I got a call later that day and the person I spoke to said there was a Halloween discount starting the day, after speaking they gave me the discount and merged my order to get her to save on shipping. In total they saved me $30, they offered to give a refund, gift card, or 4 6”cables. I chose the cable, being $10 each I ended up getting one of the patch cables free. And coming from Montana to Ohio it took no time for it to come in. And they added free sticker and a notepad! I definitely am pleased with the experience and will recommend and be a returning customer!

What the f*@k do you ever rest? Great "CABLES" and "SERVICE" , I had just ordered a few hours ago and the cables are on their way (on Saturday)? I had bought a few cables on Memorial Day, I'll be damed, they shipped the same day! This is a great USA product (company), and makes truly me regret all of the other cables I have purchased (way too many). I will never buy a store bought cable again, these folks in the USA are for real. They provide a "Really" great product and "FANTASTIC" service, RATTLESNAKE CABLES literally ROCKS!
