Since working with a few instrument cables, I've replaced all the patch cables on my board with Rattlesnake patch cables as well! Best in durability and sound! I love supporting local creators and businesses, and Hank really goes the extra mile in customer service and personal attention! All my cables are switched over, and I'll never go back!

Testimonial:

I was using some older lesser quality name brand cables that were causing noise issues when I plugged into my amp. I wanted a cable with a thicker conductor gauge and one that was solidly built. I gave Rattlesnake cables a try and couldn't be happier.

Thoughts about our Service:

The Rattlesnake Cable Company customer service is excellent! After my first order, I was impressed how the Rattlesnake team kept me informed of my order every step along the way, from the time I ordered my first set of cables, to when it was being prepared and finally when it shipped. Shipping was fast, which is always appreciated. But what really impressive was the amount of detail in the boxing and packaging of my cable order. There is a lot of love that goes into packing their guitar cables. Each cable came wrapped in their own beautiful drawstring cloth bag and all mailed in a sturdy reinforced box.

What was purchased:

My first order consisted of 2 standard cables in 10 and 15 foot lengths. A few weeks later I ordered a Snake Head cable, which is fantastic for plugging into the jack end of my Strat. I've since ordered several Flex Patch cables, both in U- and S- configurations, for my pedalboard.

Testimonial:

Awesome cables, and stellar service. Ordered at 2.29pm on Thursday, build was started at 2.31pm, cables were shipped at 4.44pm, and were delivered and in use on Saturday. Not my first Rattlesnake order, and won't be my last!

Testimonial:

So far, so good! I'm looking forward to receiving my cables, but the patch interconnects have been on "the board" for about 2 weeks now. They seem to be very well-built, much better than the MXR cables I had on there before. At least one of the MXR's would fail every month or two (and I don't even play out anymore), so we'll see how these compare!

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Excellent. Super fast shipping, too.

What Craig B. Said...

Testimonial:

After becoming frustrated with my cheaper patch cables crapping out on me on a regular basis, I first purchased the Flex Patch 10 Pack and a 15' standard instrument cable. I was very happy with that purchase and subsequently ordered 3 additional 6" patch cables and one 20" patch cable. Both orders were shipped within a day. I couldn't be happier.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service was great and a couple of billing glitches were resolved very quickly and satisfactorily.

Testimonial:

Recently I was needing new patch cables to join three of my Fulltone guitar pedals and a search including "Made in the USA" led me here. About a week ago I opened the box I ordered containing 4 Flex Patch cables from Rattlesnake. These are by far the best patch cable I have ever used. Highest quality, and damn good looking too! I also really appreciated the excellent communication also. All my future business for cable-anything will be done here. Cheers!

Testimonial:

I tend to seek small, American companies for the vast majority of products that I buy. I have heard about Rattlesnake Cable Company through guitar forums and other sources, but never really looked into it until recently. I've used mostly Fender coil cords for guitar/amp, but I've tried many brands of patch cables (to no satisfaction) over the years. I had an obnoxious short in a patch cables, as was disappointed in the "noise" I was getting from my Fender cable directly from my R9 to my Cali Tweed amp. So, I took the plunge and bought a snake head cable (with snake weave) and a few 3-footers. When I opened them, my wife's first comment was "those are sexy." We both agreed the quality was top-tier. But, the magic happened when I went direct from LP to my amp and noted a prominent sound quality never before experienced in my home. I had also bought patch cables in that same order. The improvement was apparent (not subtle like so other experiences). Less than a week later, I bought 2 more 15 footers (for my effects loop) and an XLR cable for a mic. I'm running only Rattlesnake cables from guitar, through pedal board (and effects loop pedals) to the amp and I will say, unequivocally, these are the best cables out there. Absolutely premium product with unparalleled customer service. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to support this Montana company.

Thoughts about our Service:

This is where Rattlesnake really shines! The fact you get a personalized video emailed, and a personal note received with the product, from the OWNER of the company is amazing! These are people both confident and passionate in their product, and they stand by them. I'm just a hobby guitarist that can pick a few tunes and keep the neighbors awake, but if I were a gigging guitarist in a band, I would make having Rattlesnake cables mandatory for my band mates. Premium product and premium customer service! Made in the USA. Buy now
