I am using this with a TRS cable to a single insert for the effects loop on the Grace Felix preamp. The folks at Rattlesnake responded quickly and assured me that this was the right move. I made the purchase and was shocked that I received the shipping notification within a few minutes. I had the box in 3 days. Super fast shipping. The box is made with very high quality jacks and the box itself is built like a tank. Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase and this company. I make my living through buying and selling guitars, amps, accessories and pedals. While the company I work for doesn’t distribute Rattlesnake products, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy quality music products from people who give a damn!

Firstly and most importantly, the cables are fantastic ! The build quality is top notch and I couldn't be happier using cables I don't have to give a second thought to. They also look pretty freakin' cool as well. I also purchased a mono to dual mono splitter. It's a little box, but it feels like a tank. Solid construction and feel. The packaging is like nothing I've ever seen. Beautifully done with obvious care. It was like a wee Christmas present in July, little goodies, protective cloth bags, info, personal note, etc. I don't think any company on earth takes this much care on a customer order. Ok....so the customer service was off the charts. After receiving a phone call to clarify an issue on one of the cable connections, I then received a personal video from Hank, thanking me for my order. I love these guys. Such personal service and attention to detail AND a superior product makes me want to shout out from the rooftops. Best gear experience of my life and I've been at it for almost 50 years kids! I purchased the TRS to Dual mono splitter about two weeks ago and just received it. It was pretty simple for its function and I didn't expect too much from it. However, the next day I received a short video message from Hank which was surprising and definitely memorable. The product came with better-than-usual packaging and I really appreciate that. The product has robust built quality! And all the component has attention to detail and are assembled carefully. Just out of curiosity I opened the chassis up and was happy to find everything was well organized and soldered with care. I would never have thought I'd find so much satisfaction from such a small simple product, but Rattlesnake delivered just that :) I originally planned to keep this under my pedalboard, but since it looks so pleasing and doesn't take up a lot of space, I decided to put it on the pedalboard. My only complaint is that shipping was quite costly for the size of the item and the amount it took to get here. I paid that was almost the price of the product itself (I was getting an inexpensive item though), and it still took over a week. 5 business days isn't bad, but with that price, I was hoping for something that was even quicker. However, guys at Rattlesnake assembled the unit very quickly and it was shipped the next day the order was placed. I will definitely consider more products from them in the future if the shipping costs a bit less!
