After placing an order, I was e-mailed and informed of when the build of the cable started, and then was completed, followed by a tracking number indicating my order had been shipped, 2 days later I received the order, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a strong effort Hank and his team put into the details let alone the quality items sent. After hearing the improvement in tone from the lesser quality set-up I was using, I am placing another order for a speaker cable with 90° ends for my Trinity B15 clone to Ampeg 2×10 cabinet.

They also look pretty freakin' cool as well. I also purchased a mono to dual mono splitter. It's a little box, but it feels like a tank. Solid construction and feel. The packaging is like nothing I've ever seen. Beautifully done with obvious care.
