I was astounded that I received a personalized video from Hank himself when he had finished making my cables. He let me know that my specific request had been completed and that they were on their way. He even let me know that if there were any issues with anything he would personally fix them.

What was purchased:

I am thrilled with all of the cables I recently purchased. I picked up an XLR cable, a standard instrument cable and a snake head cable. I asked about Hank building me a "Y" cable for my effects loop and he recommended that I pick up a TRS splitter box instead with a TRS cable and 2 mono cables. I'm really happy he talked me into making that purchase because I know I'm getting a better tone and the durability will last for years and years to come!!
