I was looking for a way to use the stereo output option on my bass guitar and no where had a solid answer on what was needed. The major companies were saying using a Y cable but all they offered were 3 feet long cables or weird adapters. I ordered my products in 2 ordered because I realized I needed a TRS cable after ordering the splitter. Everywhere else had short cables and Rattlesnake was the only one I could find to offer 20ft length. So I ordered it on a separate order. I got a call later that day and the person I spoke to said there was a Halloween discount starting the day, after speaking they gave me the discount and merged my order to get her to save on shipping. In total they saved me $30, they offered to give a refund, gift card, or 4 6”cables. I chose the cable, being $10 each I ended up getting one of the patch cables free. And coming from Montana to Ohio it took no time for it to come in. And they added free sticker and a notepad! I definitely am pleased with the experience and will recommend and be a returning customer!

I was looking for a splitter box to use with the Rick o Sound feature of my 4003 bass and came across Rattlesnake Cable Co. They had exactly what I was looking for so I jumped on it. From the start I knew I had found the right source for my current and future cable needs. I placed my order at about 8 pm on a Monday evening, around 9 am the following morning, I got a msg from Hank Donovan thanking me for my order and telling me they would start making my cable and box that morning and it would ship out that afternoon. At 3 pm that day I got the msg that it had shipped. Tracking said it would arrive Friday, it showed up Thursday. When I opened the box I was impressed not only by the quality but the unique packaging. Both items were inside draw string burlap bags with the company logo imprinted on them. It is easy to tell that these craftsman take pride in their product. I now recommend them to all my musician friends when we talk and I highly suggest that anyone looking for a great cable, get a Rattlesnake.
