Customer Service was phenomenal, I ordered late night here in Michigan, received order confirmation immediately and product was shipped from Montana early next day. My TRS to Dual Mono Splitter was packaged securely and arrived no problem, I definitely will be ordering from them again. Their emails and correspondence is very personalized, not just a random computer generated response. It's worth a purchase just to experience this. I wish Hank and his family nothing but success.
