Warranty.

Being a musician often means lugging gear and playing hard on stage. When Rattlesnake Cable Company first started, our primary goals were to create a great-sounding cable that could take musicians' abuse and heavy use. Just like any piece of equipment, failures, damage, bad luck can occur, but we pay close attention to help prevent that!

Our commitment to you.. is to keep your Rattlesnake gear up and running!

Our Warranty

Our warranty policy is quite simple. If it's a failure due to workmanship - primarily related to a solder connection failure, we will fix the cable at no charge. If it's a manufacturer failure, for example, the plug fails due to construction or a flaw, we will fix the cable for the cost of the replacement parts. If the failure is due to abuse - lighting cable on fire, dropping ax blades on cable, the dog ate the cable, using cable as rope, etc., we'll fix the cable for the cost of parts.

We'll pay for the shipping back, but you'll need to pay for shipping the cable to the shop.

Some plugs - specifically silent plugs, because there are switching mechanisms inside of the plug itself- are sensitive to impact. Because of this, we no longer carry or offer Silent Plugs. For those of you that purchased silent plugs in the past, replacement plugs can be purchased.

Our turn-around-time is fast! Like we mentioned above, our commitment to you is to keep your Rattlesnake gear up and running. We work on repairs the day they arrive and often have them shipping out that day or the following day.

Warranty is subject to change - last updated 7/2/2020

Bought brown snake skin cable for my guitar. The skin on this snake will never break Nothing flimsy on this product external and internally. People come up to me during gig to ask about the snake skin. Hell no one ever talks to me . The website was easy peasy. Push a button and it was at my door by my next gig. Price is very fair for this high quality product You will save money in the long run. No embarrassment moments when playing and the cable starts making noise.

Rattlesnake Cable Company makes absolutely fantastic cables. The price for their cables is a bit high, but you most certainly get what you pay for! I have 4 Rattlesnake cables, two so-called SnakeHead cables and 2 Standard Cables. All Rattlesnake cables have a weave surrounding the normal rubber insulation you would find on any type of cable. This "weave" is a sheathing that protects the cable. This weave not only looks great but is also a wonder to behold in and of itself. It's somehow both virtually rock hard but still flexible - so your can step on your cable, you can roll over it with your desk chair, you can drop something heavy on it - and your cable will be 100% fine! This is also where the difference between a "SnakeHead cable" and a "Standard cable" comes into play. The weave, being as sturdy as it is, isn't something you want rubbing the finish off of your favorite guitar. So the SnakeHead versions have about a 1-1.5' length of un-sheathed cable on one end, so you don't scratch up that beautiful paint job on your guitar. The Standard Cables are fully sheathed with the weave and are meant to be used to run from your pedalboard to your amp or whatever other use you may have for them. Finally, each Rattlesnake cable is hand soldered and made to order. For example my two SnakeHead versions both are 15' long and have gold plated Neutrik plugs on each end (as opposed to bare nickle Neutrik plugs). One has a 90° plug on the "board/amp" end and a straight plug on the instrument end and has a weave color called Sidewinder Red. My other SnakeHead has 90° plugs on both ends and has a weave color called Green Ivy. My two Standard Rattlesnake cables are 10' long with straight Neutrick nickle plugs, and one is white and the other is black. I use these to run from my pedal board to my two amps for a stereo setup. If you want true quality and reliability from your instrument cables (plus a few other types of cables they are now making, along with custom made cable looms) you cannot go wrong with Rattlesnake Cable Company.
