Hello everyone. Here is my latest pedalboard setup. I love the sound of these pedals in front of my Vox AC30CC1. Thanks to Rattlesnake Cables for providing even more transients to my tone !
Here's my pedals and their flow.
1. TC Electronics Polytune2 tuner
2. Rodenberg Custom Amplification "Luke" Overdrive : this pedal was designed with Steve Lukather
3. Fulltone OCD Overdrive : great overdrive tone, sometimes used in tandem with the "Luke" Overdrive
4. Analog Man "Mini Chorus" : sweet smooth chorusing
5. Source Audio "Mercury Flanger" : when used with the SA-Neuro editing app this pedal has unlimited possibilities of flanging effects
6. Source Audio Expression Pedal : I use this as a controller to the Mercury Flanger connected to via 1/8" TRS cable. It works great !!
7. Electro-Harmonix Bad Stone Phase Shifter : What can I say, another modulation choice
8. Analog Man ARDX20 Delay : in my opinion the best sounding delay in the game
9. Amaze0 Tap Tempo Controller for ARDX20 : provides tap tempo and delay modulation
10. Poly Effects Poly Verbs : this impulse response reverb unit is unbelievable!! It's clarity, sound, reverb choices, touch screen control, and ability to load your own impulse responses into the unit make this pedal a game changer when it comes to reverb. Might be my favorite pedal in my chain.

About a million years ago, I used to run a blog called EffectsBay. On that blog, the most popular feature I would run was Pedal Line Friday. This is where readers of the site would send pics of their pedalboard and a short (sometimes long) write-up of routing and thoughts about specific pedals and the reasoning why they liked it, etc. Readers. loved this. It was a great way to learn about new applications or techniques regarding pedals. It also brought a little inspiration and knowledge about pedals you were not familiar with. It also brought a great sense of community - people like sharing and absorbing cool things, right? It was a super popular feature, and I loved putting them together.
All you have to do is send a pic of your pedalboard (or pedal line - it doesn't have to be on a board) along with a short (or long) write-up of the board. We want a list of pedals (manufacturer/model), routing would be great, and, most importantly, why you use those particular pedals. Also, this is a great way to promote your band or musical project - include that information as well!
You can send the pic and the write-up to pedalline@rattlesnakecables.com.
