Xotic wah is one of my favorites followed by the classic st-300 tuner. An Analogman bi- compressor is so useful because of the distinctly different two flavors of compression. I love getting the orange squeezer on strat sounds like Knopfler! The double jam pedals tube dreamers give me an endless array of dirt stacking and the Greer special requests helps note separation. A classic waza chorus is one of my favorites which goes into a dd-7 always set to reverse. Reverse sounds are a big part of our records. Short and long delay carbon copy’s are on tap and a neunaber wet provides my varying saturations of reverb and splits out to two amps!

Rattlesnake on everything keeps it running quiet and smooth.

Submit Your Pedal Line!

About a million years ago, I used to run a blog called EffectsBay. On that blog, the most popular feature I would run was Pedal Line Friday. This is where readers of the site would send pics of their pedalboard and a short (sometimes long) write-up of routing and thoughts about specific pedals and the reasoning why they liked it, etc. Readers. loved this. It was a great way to learn about new applications or techniques regarding pedals. It also brought a little inspiration and knowledge about pedals you were not familiar with. It also brought a great sense of community - people like sharing and absorbing cool things, right? It was a super popular feature, and I loved putting them together.

All you have to do is send a pic of your pedalboard (or pedal line - it doesn't have to be on a board) along with a short (or long) write-up of the board. We want a list of pedals (manufacturer/model), routing would be great, and, most importantly, why you use those particular pedals. Also, this is a great way to promote your band or musical project - include that information as well!

One evening, I came across a Rattlesnake post on Facebook, offering 20% off coupon. So I decided to order two Jumper Patch Cables and a Skully sticker. The website is setup extremely well. The transaction was smooth and easy. I received an email summarizing the order and shipping soon after. The next morning, I woke to another email from Rattlesnake. This one containing a personal video message from Hank stating my order was to be first on the bench. That I'll be receiving a confirmation email with tracking that afternoon, which I did. The packaging is top rate as well. The cable quality is exceptional. My second order is going through customs now????
