This is my new 2025 guitar rig amp and board.
Mesa Lonestar Classic 1x12 combo
I am channel switching presets on the G3S Ch-1 Clean, Ch-2 dirt, Solo boost, with the capability of switching the amps reverb on/off too.
My board is currently;
Temple Audio Trio 28 pedalboard.
The GIGRIG G3S 12 loop switcher
Line 6 G70 Wireless
Jackson audio Bloom Compressor
(2) Keeley MK3 Drives
Jackson Audio FUZZ
Rocktron mini Hush (will be replacing with the ISP mini Decimator for noise reduction)
Loop 6 on the G3S send goes out to the front of the Mesa, then the preamp send comes back to the G3S loop 6 return (MXR Talk box and HOTONE Volume pedal are in the loop coming back in) and then feeds the rest of the FX in the Mesa FX loop.

The G3S output #1 then goes to the Mesa FX return completing the whole bloody signal chain (PHEW!!!!)
I have access to 14 presets per bank but I have it set up to have my bottom row my 4 channel clean, dirt, more drive, lots of drive,FUZZ, Solo Boost, and tuner.
But the top row is assigned to Stompbox mode which toggles on each loop to add an effect to a particular preset. Or I can program each preset with any loop. Pretty cool and very versatile
Under the hood is the dedicated G3S power supply and the GIGRIG GenX power supply powering every pedal but the Talk box. A Strymon MIDI Conduit sends MIDI info to the Strymon Peds and the Jackson Bloom and the G3S can send MIDI PC and CC# messages from any preset.
I have played a Kemper since 2020 but the differences between the 2 platforms, tube amp and modeling, is striking to me with a big difference in tone and feel and perceived 'girth' on stage. My guitarists heart is very happy.

PS Thanks for the great build of my new loom for my 2025 season. 3 audio and 2 TRS with 4 switching capability in a vurrry noice Snakeskin fabric. I need to find some snake heads to accent the aesthetic ! ? Heavy duty cabling and connectors I'm super excited to take this on the road this summer and rock my audiences!
About a million years ago, I used to run a blog called EffectsBay. On that blog, the most popular feature I would run was Pedal Line Friday. This is where readers of the site would send pics of their pedalboard and a short (sometimes long) write-up of routing and thoughts about specific pedals and the reasoning why they liked it, etc. Readers. loved this. It was a great way to learn about new applications or techniques regarding pedals. It also brought a little inspiration and knowledge about pedals you were not familiar with. It also brought a great sense of community - people like sharing and absorbing cool things, right? It was a super popular feature, and I loved putting them together.
All you have to do is send a pic of your pedalboard (or pedal line - it doesn't have to be on a board) along with a short (or long) write-up of the board. We want a list of pedals (manufacturer/model), routing would be great, and, most importantly, why you use those particular pedals. Also, this is a great way to promote your band or musical project - include that information as well!
