IEC Power Cable

We are now offering IEC power cables! We are using the Best-Tronics 3-conductor 14AWG SJTOW power cable for these builds. These are extremely beefy cables carrying three thick conductors. We use Schurter IEC plugs for the IEC connection, and Male Edison Qualtex plugs for the outlet. Depending on your requirements, these can be wrapped in polyweave or no-weave. Is it time to upgrade your IEC cable for the amp or pedalboard?

Then I bought 2 Snakehead instrument cables, a speaker cable, and an IEC cables from Rattlesnake and took them to the studio. Swapping those 4 cables...and doing nothing else...showed a -2db drop in the noise floor on my rig. An SM57 into a preamp into a DAW, with digital metering, does not lie or exaggerate. My rig shed -2db of noise just by adding 4 Rattlesnake cables! Once I picked my jaw up off the control room floor, I ordered Ultraflex cables to repatch my pedalboard with. The following weekend, my band Trash Diva played the annual MacRock fest. Bands we've known for years and played with many times complimented my tone and the clarity of my sound for the first time ever. I used to believe that all cables were basically the same, but after using them live and in the studio, the only thing I believe about cables now is that mine are going to come exclusively from Rattlesnake.

Well, let me tell you.... I messaged Hank at Rattle Snake Cables after finding their product on a Sunday night around 9PM in California, totally did not expect a reply. Hank was there and answered all my questions, I was interested in some cables that had previously been offered in special color weave options. Turns out Hank had some more of each of the materials I was looking for and made me up a custom URL to the shopping cart to make it happen. Not only that but he offered me the special pricing that they had offered when they previously ran those colors. The next morning I received a personalized video message from hank telling me that my cables were on the work bench and were the first project for the day. 2 and a half days later the box arrived at my door. WOW the fit and finish of the packing before I even got the cables out of their bags. Unreal, next level and whatever else you want to call it. And then I got the cables out of the bags, the build quality is second to none, I was extremely impressed and right away went to tell a few other guitar playing friends about them and my experience. Not only do they look better than any of my cables, I am pretty sure they sound better, and if not they make me feel better hahaha so that alone is worth it. Now that I have found these cables, I know exactly who I am going to use when I finally figure out my pedal board and am ready for patch cables. I couldn’t recommend hank and the team at Rattle Snake Cables more and have told all my friends near and far that play about them.
