Customer Service
We take customer service very seriously around here. We really appreciate ALL of our customers, and we want every aspect of your buying experience to be a great one. We ensure the buying experience, communication throughout the process, and final delivery of the product are perfect!
U.S. Milled Custom Cable
We take great pride that our custom instrument, XLR, and speaker cables are milled in the United States. All of our milled cables are built to our specifications here in the states and then soldered by hand in Missoula, Montana, by our great team!
We Are Musicians
We are musicians. What does that mean? We know what it feels like when gear fails on stage. We hate that feeling, and we think about that with every build. As musicians, we also know how hard the road can be on gear and focus on making it stand the abuse.
Family-Owned Business
Rattlesnake Cable Company started with a simple idea by me - Hank. It quickly encapsulated my entire family, from my kids to my wife, Amy. Now, Amy and I are 100% committed to the success of the business and love that it has grown into a fantastic team moving forward.
Lifetime Warranty
We will absolutely take care of you if you run into any issues with your cable. We do our best to prevent issues and understand life on stages and on the road can be hard on the cables. We've been there, and we'll definitely treat you right if you have any issues.
Quick Shipping
We understand after placing an order, the excitement starts - and we want to make sure you get your order quickly. From day one, we've pushed to get orders out as quickly as possible. Usually, orders are shipped the next day!

I recently placed 2 cable orders on two separate dates. I was SO impressed with the customer service by Hank and the quality of the cables that I ordered merch so I could advertise just a little. I absolutely love my Rattlesnake cables. I purchased two TRS cables, with one end right-angled and one straight, for my studio monitors. I ordered a 6' and a 10'. I recently placed 2 cable orders on two separate dates. I was SO impressed with the customer service by Hank and the quality of the cables that I ordered merch so I could advertise just a little. I am not a rookie player. I am 72 and still an active musician. The Rattlesnake Cable Company and of course Hank , has a business acumen that other businesses should definitely use as a model. I will be buying more products from Rattlesnake in the future.

I absolutely love my Rattlesnake cables. I purchased two TRS cables, with one end right-angled and one straight, for my studio monitors. I ordered a 6' and a 10'. Shipping was prompt, and the product arrived quickly. When I received my cables, I noticed I had made a mistake: I should have ordered two 10" cables instead of a 6" cable. My customer service rep, Amy, took care of me and let me know that if I ship the cable back, they will make me another 10' cable if I pay the difference. I was glad I didn't have to pay any restocking fee or return fees, so I immediately sent the cable back yesterday. And the replacement cable is on its way to me. The quality of the cables is second to none, with lifetime warranties along with outstanding customer service. Any other cables I might need, I will purchase from Rattlesnake Cables. And the best part about them is that they are made in the U.S.A. I love supporting small businesses in the US.

Just acquired a 15’’ long snake head in copper color. This cables is the best I have tried so far, I can actually hear with clarity the ghost notes and harmonics on all of my basses without losing fundamental. It looks like it could be used and abused on stage because of the construction and I think it would contribute to a great tone in a recording environment.
