If you're looking for the best speaker cable for your guitar amp, or looking for a bass amp speaker cable, look no further! Our heavy-duty cables are manufactured and milled here in the United States and hand soldered in Missoula, Montana!

Our speaker cables use a pair of 12AWG Bare Copper conductors, ensuring great flow to the cabinets. These are the definition of beefy and burly! We terminate these cables with our Switchcraft 188 Jumbo Straight Nickel Plugs, and for you bass players out there, we also offer Neutrik SpeakOn connectors.

No, our cables are not directional. If you're purchasing a Snake Head, the Snake Head portion should be on the instrument side, but that only is cosmetic. The cable will work fine if plugged in any direction.

We have a variety of wire mills that we work with. All of the wire mills we work with our in the United States. We take extreme pride that our cable is milled in the United States and hand assembled here in Missoula, Montana.

You technically can, but speaker cable is un-shielded. It can be extremely noisy if used as an instrument cable. I would not recommend it.

You should never do this. Instrument cables use a very low amount of voltage on a thin conductor (20AWG). Our speaker cables use a pair of 12AWG conductors to safely conduct the higher voltage to your speaker cabinet.

The nature of how signal is transported in a speaker cable is different than instrument cables. Cable capacitance is not an issue.

The weave is a poly-weave, meaning it's a plastic polymer-based weave. We use a variety of brands, but primarily TechFlex. It's designed to be heat and abrasion resistant. It is not a cloth/fabric weave, which tends to fray and stain easily.

First time i used a cable i heard the difference. There was crisp clarity with no loss of highs in the signal. I've been a Whirlwind cable guy for years but these cables sound & look better. Hank Donovan & his staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great communication & a true concern for customer satisfaction. I purchased 3 - 15' snake weave standard cables , 2 - 15' black weave standard cables , 1 - 20' red weave standard cable. All cables have 1 straight end & 1 angled end. Thats how much i like these cables.

They were equally impressive. The service was VERY fast. Mr. Donavan contacted me directly with my first order to make sure of exactly what I wanted; it was sort of a custom order. His packaging is FIRST CLASS, and these cables are MADE IN THE U.S.A. Also, for Tele players, he has a special right angle plug available that works in ALL Telecaster inset jacks; the plug is a little bit longer. It works PERFECTLY. Every guitar, bass, keyboard player should have at least one PREMIUM cable in their gig bag. And once you see these, you will want to have more than one.
