I cant even describe how impressed I was with the customer service. Ive been making my own cable looms for about 6-7 years. When I kept seeing ads for rattle snake cables I I was intrigued. I finally pulled the trigger(late bday present) on a custom loom. Not only was I able to get the exact configuration of right angle and straight cables but having the tags to specify my inputs makes it a breeze(hell of alot better than tape an hand written sharpie). To put the cherry on top I was called to insure the cables were labeled correctly since I use 4cbm and theirs alot of different ways to skin that cat. I am curious how their artist program works our band Last Nerve will be playing another show on the 26th perfect time to really break in my new loom.
