Our XLR cable uses our dual conductor cable milled in the United States. All XLRs use Neutrik Pro-Grade Nickel or Black Shells and are available with weave or no-weave if preferred. Rattlesnake Cable Company XLR cables are great for studio applications and live stages. Weaving is also a great way to color-code your cables while adding additional protection. No. The contacts are the same for either style of Neutrik plugs. This is strictly a cosmetic preference. There is a higher purchase cost for us on the black.Answer
Absolutely, just fill out a custom build request. It's important to note that the longest length with weave is 30', but we can make longer XLR cables without weave (bare) at any length desired.Answer
The weave is a poly-weave, meaning it's a plastic polymer-based weave. We use a variety of brands, but primarily TechFlex. It's designed to be heat and abrasion resistant. It is not a cloth/fabric weave, which tends to fray and stain easily.

If you are looking for a new high quality guitar cable, or two, It'll be hard to beat the Quality of Rattlesnake Cables in Missoula. The service I've received has been incredible. Timely Shipping, and some of the finest materials, wire gauge, and assembly you could ask for. I picked up a couple of these cables and put them into my rig. I think these are the kind of quality I had hoped for. I purchased a 10' and a 15' Snake Weave Overwrap, and straight and right angle ends in Nickel. Did I say these are nice?
