What was purchased:

I got some 3' XLR with the black Neutrik connectors in several different colors. Using these cables to connect analog hardware (eg, SSL, Neve, Dangerous Music, etc). Love the durability. Also, the bare cable (no weave) with silver Neutrik connector is great too.

Now when I run my cables for a show I know the blue cable is my guitar mic and black is my vocal mic. No more hoping I remember which is which.

Hank's attention to details, craftsmanship and quality is unsurpassed by any of those other guys who pop up on your Facebook or Instagram feeds all the time. Everything he uses to make a cable is the best. Plugs, jacks, wire, sleeves, skins, etc., are top-notch. And his cables and other utilites are rock solid and made to last. I bought a coiled cable from him because, as a kid, that was the only kind I could afford. I bought 2 during a sale for nostalgic reasons. When I received them, I couldn't believe how heavy the box was. Those things are so well made and indestructible! You can walk on them, stretch it to no end and they bounce back in perfect shape every time. Quality is their highest priority. Then they go and package each one in a really neat, reusable burlap bag, the kind they wrangle snakes in! The items are meticulously packaged in a box and they throw in some stickers and a pad of Rattlesnake branded paper with a personal, hand-wriiten thank you note! Who does that anymore ? The best part is, their prices are better than most cablemakers out there. I bought a Mogami Platinum silent cable and it was almost 3 times what Rattlesnake charges and it isnt any better! I'm still kicking myself for that and don't really use the Mogami! You wont believe the difference a great cable makes and Hank and his team make them great!

My customer experience is always for positive reasons. I never had to call or write to complain. I have contacted Hank to ask questions about what I might need before ordering but most of time I just go online and order with confidence, knowing I will get what I want and it will be correct and work perfectly.

What was purchased:

I have purchased XLR to XLR cables, several instrument cables including the 2 coiled ones, a TRS to dual TS splitter box and a pick tin with my initials on it. All great and in use all the time. I use the instrument cables from my pedalboard to my amps. The splitter came in handy when I added a pedal that had a TRS input and I needed to connect it from a stereo pedal. And my pick tin sits proudly on top center of my board!

I received my instrument cables I've and my mic cable with of course that beautiful Rattlesnake weave that's on it. I honestly don't know how. But people came up to me after church today(first time using the new cables and had said that my voice sounded so clear today or they hadn't heard how intricately I played the guitar before. I didn't change anything but the cables. Usually I brush off compliments because number 1. I don't like them( I'm the most introverted extrovert you'll ever meet), and number 2. I play for an audience of 1(God), so compliments just feel awkward(probably just my personality). All that to say I will definitely be getting more!!
