He spent time on the phone with me while I explained the project I wanted to complete. The cable loom that he made for me is absolutely awesome. The quality is well above what I expected. It really solves a lot of problems I had with all my cables being loose. I'm so surprised at how much better The quality of my tone got. I didn't really believe that cables could make that much difference. But it sounds much better with these rattlesnake cables. I'm a customer for life. I also purchased a snake head guitar cable. Which I'm using for my electric and my acoustic rig. Just love the quality. Again I can't state enough how much it made a difference in my sound. Within a day or so the product was built and shipped, and I had it in my hands just a few days after I originally made contact. These cables are heavy duty, beautifully made and will last longer than I will, I'm sure. I'm now on a mission to replace all of my stage cables with Rattlesnake.
