I ordered (2) 8" Pro Flex Patch cable in black with G&H Right Angle GGN to G&H Right Angle GGN in an S-Configuration. The cables were received well and looked professionally created with great attention to details. I especially liked the 'Rattlesnake Cable Company' stamped heat shrink wrapped on the plugs.
I also needed an XLR cable to go from my Two Notes Torpedo C.A.B. M+ to my Headrush FRFR-112 2000-watt 1x12" Powered Guitar Cabinet. Since I needed the XLR connectors to be oriented in a specific direction, I emailed Hank and sent him some edited photos of the Two Notes and Headrush. After some back and forth about the length of the cable and if I needed cable weave and what color, 2 days later, I had the order. The custom ordered XLR cable came in a cloth bag with the company logo on it.
The price is a little more than some other companies, but these cables are worth it since they are from an American company with roots in the guitar world. I highly recommend Hank, Rattlesnake Cable Company and the cables. When I need more cables or other items, I will be back. I am still deciding on the Rattlesnake line buffer and the Tap Tempo...

Then I found Rattlesnake Cable Company. With the customization of cables (plug configuration, color weave, the length of cables, and the types of cables offered) it made me care more about cables than ever. I always like when a piece of music gear is made custom to each individual buyer. Nothing makes a musician feel more awesome than having gear thats made unique to them. If there is something that isn't normally made by Rattlesnake Cable Company, if you ask they can make it. Simply put, I won't buy instrument cables from anyone else.

The customer service is amazing. I've been buying stuff from them for the past few years, and I am pretty much on a first name basis with Hank now. Anyways Hank and company are amazing. They make you feel like a very appreciated customer. I often get stickers and notepads with personalized hand written notes on them which are great.
My most recent custom order came with a notepad with the personalized message "Jack, You're the Best!" Thanks again!" -Rattlesnake Team. It definitely made my day! When I put in my most recent custom order, it was made and shipped out all in the same day I put in the order. Anytime I've ordered from them, my orders arrive very quickly. There was one time where I accidentally broke the plug off one of my cables, I emailed them and asked if they could fix it (and since their stuff has a lifetime warranty they said yes). I shipped it to them and it came back fixed very shortly after that. If you want something custom made that isn't advertised (I ordered a 3 foot patch cable recently, whereas they normally advertise patch cables up to a foot), if you ask they can make it. Not only are their cables great, but they have the even better customer service to back it up.
