Recently I messed up an order. Hank and the Rattlesnake team sent me a great cable but one end was incorrect. I sent them an e-mail and, within hours they replied. They said I can keep the incorrect cable ( which might be useful someday?) and they will send the correct cable. This is some amazing customer service! Thank you!

It came down to this cable or Mogami when I was shopping. It’s hard to beat a hand made cable made by someone you can communicate with vs just ordering and hope for the best.
My buddy liked it enough and ordered his girl an XLR cable. It’s working out great.
Price: A little more than some but definitely worth it. Pick your colors. And the signal (zero noise) is hard to beat for the price.
