I am in the process of up grading a reference home theater. I am going to be changing my processor and the new one only has fully balanced outputs. With my previous pro DJ experience, with a cable this long, I wanted Neutrik connectors on an XLR and a cable that was MFG in the US. I went with Rattlesnake and I am very happy with the product I received. Once I submitted my order, I got an inquiry as to some dimensional verification (measure twice, build once). With in a few hours of that, I had a tracking number and the cable arrived in a few days. I think that these cables are excellent for the home theater application and DJ as well as professional musicians. The build quality and materials is all about value here.

Rattlesnake Cables are the best cables I’ve ever had the pleasure of plugging in to my signal chain. There is absolutely a tonal difference, as compared to those basic cables many of us have been using since Day 1. As soon as you take one out of its (quite luxurious) packaging, you know darn well you made the right choice. These cables are solid as all get-out, and the weave is immaculate. After replacing my guitar-to-pedals, pedals-to-amp, and amp-to-speaker, it was as if the notes were thanking me for allowing them to breathe at last. Truly a breath of fresh air. I have plans for a pedalboard, and I already have the parts to assemble patch cables; but now I’m thinking I should save myself the trouble and go with some Rattlesnake patch cables. If only I didn’t have so many dang pedals, each requiring 2 cables for a loop switcher setup :P All good things in time. Very Highly Recommended!

I’ve used a ton of different instrument cables over the years. All of them have promised some kind of magic or another. Promises of unbridled tone, etc. All of those claims were (of course) total bullshit. What I love about Rattlesnake is that there’s no promise of earth-shattering difference or magical tone that will open the heavens, etc. They simply make a quality product at a fair price and support it with award-winning customer care. I defy anyone to get even a fraction of the quality that Rattlesnake churns out. Bigger isn't better. And homespun isn't always the answer, but in this case- it sure as shit is.

A bandmate of mine was using these cables and recommended them to me so I decided to check them out. Definitely the best cables I've ever had. I love the outer woven layer. Sturdy and colorful! Also their "Junction box" is a GREAT alternate solution to keeping multiple lengths of cables around for longer runs. Also being able to choose whether you want straight ends or right angled is nice too! The "Snake Head" is also a great idea for easily wrapping around your strap.
