I know most on here are guitarists, but I'm coming at this as a kbd player. I generally use 2 boards for my gig. I use a Radial Key Largo for my kbd submixer. I made my own dual cable to go from my Radial tom FOH, first using electrical tape. Anyone in a warm climate will know how well that worked. Then I tried it using zip ties. Another mess. I had seen ad's for Rattlesnake and the product looked good, thought I'd reach out and see what they had to offer for a dual XLR loom. I filled out the form on line and within a half hour I received a call from Hank with a few questions. Once we resolved everything I had a computer image and a quote from Hank. Once I gave him the OK, my loom was built within an hour. I have to say, the quality and build of this product was superior to any cable I have used , including ProCo, Monster and Mogami. I was an independent sales rep in the music products industry for 35 years and this is as fine a product as I have ever seen. Next up I'm going to look at a custom loom for my keyboards. If you're on the fence about a Rattlesnake product, pull the trigger, you won't be disappointed !

He spent time on the phone with me while I explained the project I wanted to complete. The cable loom that he made for me is absolutely awesome. The quality is well above what I expected. It really solves a lot of problems I had with all my cables being loose. I'm so surprised at how much better The quality of my tone got. I didn't really believe that cables could make that much difference. But it sounds much better with these rattlesnake cables. I'm a customer for life. I also purchased a snake head guitar cable. Which I'm using for my electric and my acoustic rig. Just love the quality. Again I can't state enough how much it made a difference in my sound. I definitely got more dynamic range, especially from my acoustic guitar. Thanks again Hank. Really appreciate your time your craftsmanship and the quality of your product.

There are very few companies out there from word one the customer service is absolute gold. There was an address question they reached out before they sent the order. This may seem normal. But speaking to someone who gets stuff sent to the wrong address all the time this is fabulous. Then I got my cables and they are above and beyond my expectations, they fixed an issue I was having and they are beautiful. One of my favorite companies out there.
