I started using Rattlesnake cables a couple of years ago when I made the switch to amp modelers. The first thing that struck me regarding the quality was the physical feel and durability. They get tossed about, packed and un-packed quite frequently and hold up better than any cable I've ever used. As to the sound quality, well, I'm not an audio engineer. But I can tell you I never experience any inexplicable hum or disturbance in my signal chain. Whether from the instrument lines or the speaker cables running to my FRFR's. The custom options are great as they are willing to work with you to achieve whatever the application may be. I'm in the process of replacing every cable I use throughout my rig with Rattlesnake cables. The customer service is top notch and in my experience, the delivery turnaround has been lightning quick. In every instance, I had my cables within days of ordering, even with some custom options. I'm a Rattlesnake customer for life.

I am thrilled with all of the cables I recently purchased. I picked up an XLR cable, a standard instrument cable and a snake head cable. I asked about Hank building me a "Y" cable for my effects loop and he recommended that I pick up a TRS splitter box instead with a TRS cable and 2 mono cables. I'm really happy he talked me into making that purchase because I know I'm getting a better tone and the durability will last for years and years to come!!

Hank also emailed a personal video thanking me for the order. Not many companies do that today. Very professional! I ordered (2) 8" Pro Flex Patch cable in black with G&H Right Angle GGN to G&H Right Angle GGN in an S-Configuration. The cables were received well and looked professionally created with great attention to details. I especially liked the 'Rattlesnake Cable Company' stamped heat shrink wrapped on the plugs. I also needed an XLR cable to go from my Two Notes Torpedo C.A.B. M+ to my Headrush FRFR-112 2000-watt 1x12" Powered Guitar Cabinet. Since I needed the XLR connectors to be oriented in a specific direction, I emailed Hank and sent him some edited photos of the Two Notes and Headrush. After some back and forth about the length of the cable and if I needed cable weave and what color, 2 days later, I had the order. The custom ordered XLR cable came in a cloth bag with the company logo on it. The price is a little more than some other companies, but these cables are worth it since they are from an American company with roots in the guitar world. I highly recommend Hank, Rattlesnake Cable Company and the cables. When I need more cables or other items, I will be back. I am still deciding on the Rattlesnake line buffer and the Tap Tempo...
