What Roger C. Said...
Testimonial:
I am astounded at the quality of Rattlesnake cables! I have been a pro or semi pro musician all of my life, and also operate my own personal recording studio. I have also done sound, worked for years in two of the nation's key music stores (the famed Lipham Music in Gainesville, FL, and the original Guitar Center on Van Ness in SF), worked stage security, and also been around the technical side of the music business on and off my whole life. In that entire time I have never before even *seen* cabling of this quality. I'm not sure what their cables' sheathing is made of, but it is obviously of the highest possible quality, and eminently cool! These are forever cables! They are also sonically ideal and *solidly* constructed, conveying and achieving utter reliability. I have bins and bins of cabling of every kind, many of which have broken at the plugs and even in the cable path, and I sincerely doubt these cables will ever become unreliable unless you use them for towing elephant trailers (and maybe not even then). I am a permanent customer of Rattlesnake products, and look forward to trying their line buffer as well. Even their packaging is impressive as heck! I hope they come out with a direct box!Thoughts about our Service:
Rattlesnake's head honcho Hank personally exchanged a few emails and did one phone call with me (after hours)! He was extremely helpful and is obviously dedicated to the best of service as well as product. I will upload some pics in the next day or so when I'm not sweaty and grimy from working in the studio. What was purchased:
I bought 2ea (two each) short XLR cables, 1ea short instrument cable, and 1ea 10' instrument cable. What Ryan B. Said...
Testimonial:
I am a gigging musician (though less the older I get) playing keyboards, bass, and guitar. I also have a home studio and a separate teaching studio. I've gone through tons of cables over the years. I started with one Rattlesnake, then got hooked. They are made to last, and I like different weaves for color coding and easily grab the right size/type cable.Thoughts about our Service:
Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Quick response and shipping times. Dedicated to their work. What was purchased:
My favorite length for studio and small venues is 12', and I have those made custom. The snake heads are perfect with an angled plug on one end, and look great with my '59 P-Bass! I have a 20-footer that reaches my couch from across the room for practicing guitar in lazier times. I also have shorter XLRs for recording. See pics.

Testimonial:
Honestly, I sort of stumbled across this company initially. I was in need of a new cable, and something about this brand caught my eye. I think the overall passion these guys have for the craft of cable-making is what truly drew me in. I pulled the trigger and had them custom-make me a 15' white on white with snake head. Within days of placing my order, I got a notification of shipment (which is insanely fast for custom-made anything). This thing gets delivered, and simply opening the box is a real treat. I almost felt like I was opening a new iPhone, to be honest. I pull the cable out, and immediately I can tell this is absolutely the best feeling cable that I have ever laid my hands on. The quality of components, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is next level. After my first time using it live, I can tell I’ll be a lifetime fan and user. My tone was everything I hoped for with absolutely no "tone suck," and I received countless compliments on how awesome it looked. I really can’t recommend these guys enough. If you want top-notch customer service, extreme quality/craftsmanship, and an amazing-looking product, you simply can’t go wrong here.Thoughts about our Service:

Testimonial:
I just received my 20' mic and 15' guitar cables yesterday and plugged them in for the very 1st time. As a new owner, I can't comment on how well the cables will hold up over the years. I can say my initial impressions are that the custom quality is top-notch, and I feel they have already exceeded my expectations. They are expensive at about $70 each, but they appear to be well worth the price. I feel comfortable in saying that the cables will prove to be the kind I can always depend on...Thoughts about our Service:
The packaging and customer service so far, was excellent. What was purchased:

Testimonial:
I just placed my second order with Hank @ Rattlesnake Cable company. I was over-pleased and more than happy with my first order I had to come back for another order when I needed some new cables to complete my studio setup. If you are debating whether or not you want to order from Hank or not, don't debate, and don't be late cause you won't hate yourself...you'll be happy you placed that order. Proudly made in the USA and backed with a lifetime warranty, it'll be the last cable you'll ever purchase. Keep up the great work, Hank.Thoughts about our Service:
