I am currently a Florida resident and have been for the past 8 years, yet I moved from Montana where I had lived for about 15 years. When I heard about Rattlesnake Cables and that they were a MT based company I thought I'd check them out. In the past, I have been using some other HIGH quality brands (I'm sure you are familiar with them) because I can't afford to have problems with cables. I need reliable, HIGH quality cables that work, every time. Turns out that's exactly what Rattlesnake provides, and more. I play for is an accomplished Tribute Act that plays internationally, all over the East Coast of the US, and as far West as Texas, Indiana, Wisconsin, etc. We were looking to redo/replace all the cables in our traveling in-ear rack, as well as replace all of our vocal cables. That is A LOT of cables. I contacted Hank and he replied quickly with options. We nailed down what the band needed and I sent him a large order. The cables came packaged very well, individually wrapped with velcro ties included, and the drawstring bags that each cable comes in have been great because we throw "everything" into the big trunk. We have been over the moon happy with everything we have received from Rattlesnake Cables. The variety of weave colors available makes it easy to determine what is what and who's is who's. Also, they coil up SO nicely and easily that it actually makes set-up and tear down easier and quicker (thank goodness). We like the cables so much we became Endorsed Artists and plan to continue using Rattlesnake for ALL our cabling needs. Thanks Hank and Thanks Rattlesnake!!

I first found out about Rattlesnake cables from another member of our band. I believe he has purchased twice from Rattlesnake. I was impressed with the quality and workmanship. I recently purchased a new piece of gear and was in need of a couple of cables so I decided to place an order with Rattlesnake. I filled out the order ( on a Sunday ) and received and email response that evening. Those of you that read this please think about companies you’ve done business with that actually emailed you back... ON A SUNDAY, I bet the list is short. After batting some emails back and forth, the owner invited me to call him and speak directly in as much as one cable I requested was somewhat out of the norm. Upon telling him what I had and how it was being run he understood exactly why I requested that cable that way. He went as far as to suggest I use a different grade of cable for this particular application knowing signal quality would be better. I was emailed the next day that the cables were done and on the way. When I opened the box I was not disappointed. Hand written note thanking me for my business, each cable packaged separately in a plastic bag and then placed in its own Rattlesnake logo cloth bag. These cables were exactly what I expected. Quality from end to end Customer service here is above and beyond anything I’ve experienced for a very very long time. It makes you feel good when you spend money with someone and they actually care about your purchase. If you're wondering whether you should order cables from this company, STOP WONDERING, order your cables. You’ll be glad you did and you can thank me later

I've been hooked on these cables. They are durable and have made it through a lot of wear and tear. I have bought a bunch of the no-pop cables, the right angle cables for my Timberline Harp Guitar so that it will sit safely in the stand, patch cables, and XLRs for my mic set up.
