Ordering was easy on the website and I was informed each step with a confirmation, build, and shipping. When it arrived I was surprised to see an instrument cable as well. Within just a few minutes of our conversation he had sent a plan for my approval and I placed my order, thinking it would take several weeks to build and ship my lo. Surprise! Within a day or so the product was built and shipped, and I had it in my hands just a few days after I originally made contact. These cables are heavy duty, beautifully made and will last longer than I will, I'm sure. I'm now on a mission to replace all of my stage cables with Rattlesnake. You can spend a lot less on cables-and be sorry you did-but you can also spend a lot more, but you won't find a better product out there. Believe me, once you buy one, you'll want more.
