You know people are always dropping good reviews to be polite but in this case its a simple fact that Hank has not only developed an incomparable product but they have accomplished this along with a first class customer service experience. I had dropped the ball on my pickup at the post office and the owner personally called me to let me know it was in my locker at my PO BOX. In a world where its rare to engage with a live customer service agent of any kind I find this refreshing. The chord is the most durable I have seen yet of its kind after years as a professional both as a musician and an IATSE Union sound and backline production engineer. It came in an amazing little burlap sack with Velcro fastener to wrap it up. Rattlesnake has truly exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone whom likes to buy chords that will stand up to the rigors of the road and last for many seasons to come. After a very recent and disappointing purchase of some cables from a popular, large brand, it was time to look elsewhere. Having followed Rattlesnake for a little while, it seemed like a good fit. These cables from Rattlesnake are substantial, wrap well, and FEEL like they're built to last. I wish everyone who came through my venue had these cables too!

Didn't think I could dig a cable this HARD! Fantastic craftsmanship and attention to detail. The dressing of the Snake Head cable is perfection and allows easy routing around the strap button of my guitar. The outer sheathing/cover assists with the cables "memory" making wrapping up and packing at the end of the night effortless. The most important thing is the customer service. In the unlikely event a cable stops doing what it was designed to do... I'm confident Rattlesnake will be there to take care of me. That alone is worth the investment!
