As most musicians know, cables can, and will, make or break your show. We've all been there. Our rig is set up, pedal board in place, tubes warming... no sound... Cable failure is one of the most defeating feeling when setting up or in a show and it can hog your attention and exasperate your emotions right when your focus needs to be on your set. My customer experience with Rattlesnake Cable Company was exceptional. The plug cover on snake head end of one of my cables started to become loose so I emailed Hank to ask about how I might fix it. Hank asked me to ship the cable back so he could check it out. Hank told me the connection was starting to fail so he offered to replace it with a new cable. I requested that an additional five feet be added to the cable length. Hank told me no problem and sent me back a new cable free of charge. Rattlesnake stands by their product and I honestly think one cannot go wrong by giving their cables a try.
