I over-research things. After spending hours reading about the lowest-capacitance cables available I decided that ultra-low capacitance wasn’t as much of a priority to me as USA-milled copper wire and the best possible customer experience. Hank is doing it the right way, folks - the cables are beautifully crafted, and I love the western aesthetic. and they are as low capacitance and "techy" as I need.

Thoughts about our Service:

Nothing short of incredible! Hank built my cables and shipped my order a day after I placed it and was kind enough to take the time to send me a personalized video thanking me for my business. The unboxing experience is second to none in this industry and the attention to detail cannot be overstated. Big thanks to everybody at Rattlesnake Cables!

Hank & Rattlesnake are THE BEST! In an industry where you can take your pick from multiple cable builders/manufacturers, I always pick Rattlesnake. The build quality, tone & customer service is second to none. You won't find a better American-made/sourced product on the market from a better small business, I can promise you!

Thoughts about our Service:

Hank is THE. BEST. He always responds quickly, answers all your questions & gets your build quote back to you fast. Almost all my cables are custom builds & Hank is always on the ball. When he found out my wireless cable wasn't working, he called me personally to work out the issue & get me a new cable ASAP.

What an amazing experience it was dealing with this company. I have pretty much sworn off buying cheap stuff from big stores that just don’t care about customer service. I’ve been on the hunt for a while for some better cables and from the moment I reached out to Hank about some custom purple speaker cables I was greeted with kindness and respect. I had all my questions answered quickly and my cables were put into production the next morning. I even got a personalized video from Hank thanking me for my purchase, but in all reality, I should be the one thanking him. What a great company, from now on this is my go-to place for any of my cable needs for my guitar or P.A system.

Testimonial:

These are simply beautiful cables. I realize looks isn't a big reason people purchase instrument and speaker cables, but these are hard to beat in both looks and quality. The entire buying experience is great. From the immediate response, the quick build, the updating emails, the shipment tracking details, and the packaging. To be packed with such care and presentation - details like that are important to me. I hadn't planned to purchase more cables soon, but now I'll be replacing all my cables.

Testimonial:

I have bought cables from Rattlesnake Cable for many years now. First time on a whim. The weave intrigued me. I must say there are no better built cables anywhere. I bought it on a whim and never looked back. I especially like the snake head ends. I have mine custom-built to my specs. I still have the first one I ever bought from Hank. These cables actually enhance my tone. I have Mogami, Monster, Hosa, etc, etc. But Rattlesnake beats them all by leaps and bounds....did I mention tone. My studio guy attests to this. The only problem is....these cables are so dang good, you never have to replace them! But a new weave comes out....and I gotta get another! I use guitar, patch, and speaker cables. They are the best!

Thoughts about our Service:

There is no better customer service other than Rattlesnake Cable Co. Hank, the owner even called me himself about an order. Doesn't get any better than that.
