Testimonial:

There are very few companies out there from word one the customer service is absolute gold. There was an address question they reached out before they sent the order. This may seem normal. But speaking to someone who gets stuff sent to the wrong address all the time this is fabulous. Then I got my cables and they are above and beyond my expectations, they fixed an issue I was having and they are beautiful. One of my favorite companies out there. I'm actually ordering cables to replace ones I have just so I can keep buying things from them. I love supporting a company that are great people and produce. Just awesome!

Hank and the Rattlesnake crew are quick, responsive, efficient, and make quality cables for reasonable prices. I ordered 3 speaker cables, and 3 instrument cables. I was notified right away that my order was being processed, cables made, and shipped the next day. They arrived quickly, super safely packed with their own cable bags. They work great. I highly recommend.

I am a first time customer and was very impressed with the communication and quick turnaround. The customer service is excellent too. I received a video message from Hank about the speaker cabinet cable I ordered. That's what I call customer service! I highly recommend Rattlesnake Cable Company.

Testimonial:

This is my third Rattlesnake cable. During my 25+ years playing on church worship teams, I've learned the hard way that cheap gear is just what you get - cheap. A few Sunday's ago I was playing my acoustic 12-string and a cheap Amazon cable I was using crapped out, and when I wiggled the cable, huge pops came over the house speakers. I play seated and just need a short cable into my pedalboard. These cables are built like a tank and I know they'll last. Worth every penny!

Thoughts about our Service:

What was purchased:

I prefer shorter cords for my needs, so I have two 10' cables and one 6' cable.

These are some fantastic cables. The quality just shows and the performance is there as well. They quickly went to my #1 cables so I'm now replacing all my cables with RattleSnake.

Excellent. I ordered my cables on a Saturday, two of which had an unusual request. I got tracking Saturday afternoon and they had been taken to the Post Office. So it don't get no better than that.

Testimonial:

Cables were overall the best I've ordered from a cable company. I've ordered from a few different cable companies that do custom cables and I think yours are the best. I only wish you used right angle Switchcraft connectors as I don't like Neutrik connectors.

Testimonial:

Rattlesnakecables are extremely well built! They take the daily beating on the road and on the stage around the world. The inclusion of a sack cloth bag with every cable is genius! The bags help keep you cables neat and organized. Whether you are having to get on stage or off the bags keep you quick, neat, and tangle free! The weave helps protect the cable, make wrapping a breeze, and keeps the cable from wrapping on itself. The different color weaves help if you run mutiple signal chains or color coordinate what cable is going to which amp. The Rattlesnake line of utility items are extremely useful and usable for hard working musicians in need of solutions to the daily obstacles on the the road. The quality of the cables are superb. The build quality is excellent and the lifetime guarantee is peace of of mind( but I doubt you'll need to send your cables in anytime soon!) Years of reliable and tough as nails performance on the stage or on the road. Robust speaker cables that can handle the power and take the heat! My cables that are 13 years old look like they did the day they first arrived at my door, and work just as well. Countless years on the road and stages across the globe , still kicking ass! Noise free, solid build quality, they just work and the design makes sense! Bags for your cables is a game changer for load in and load out. Did I mention they sound amazing!

Thoughts about our Service:

A small company with attention to detail, customer service second to none , and extremely helpful for musicians with their gear and keeping us on the road set up for success. All questions answered promptly and throughly. Extremely helpful finding your cable needs and custom builds to get your rig running smooth. Tools and resources to help problem solve on the stage and keeping your rig sounding great night after night. The attention to detail and quality, problems/issues fixed quickly. The friendly company that puts the customer first and puts that personsal touch to every order. Every customer treated as a rock star! The reason I keep Rattlesnake cables in my arsenal for 13 years , the cables all work and look like they did 13 years ago. One of the best gear companies out there! SUPPORT!!!!
