Truly outstanding customer service! Placed my order and immediately got order confirmation. Next morning, I woke up and found an email with a link to a personal video! Not sure what magic they use to get a package from Montana to Pennsylvania so quickly, but I've had items shipped from 20 miles away take twice as long to get here. Not to mention the cable itself is much nicer than others that cost a lot more! I will DEFINITELY be back the next time I need a cable!
