Recently I messed up an order. Hank and the Rattlesnake team sent me a great cable but one end was incorrect. I sent them an e-mail and, within hours they replied. They said I can keep the incorrect cable ( which might be useful someday?) and they will send the correct cable. This is some amazing customer service! Thank you!

I run a guitar with a piezo output where I use this awesome little splitter, and it works great....no popping or noise when switching my output from magnetic pickup to piezo. Very please with my purchase and will soon be getting a couple of speaker amp cables from Rattlesnake to try out as well!
