Reviews - Standard Rattlesnake Cable.

What Fluff I. Said...

Testimonial:

As a working musician playing 40+ gigs a year, reliability matters. The standard and patch cables I purchased from Rattlesnake have exceeded my expectations. They feel extremely durable, look fantastic, and inspire confidence every time I plug in. Just as impressive was the customer service. In a world where great customer service seems increasingly rare, Rattlesnake sets the standard. They were responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I'll happily be a repeat customer. Oh, the t-shirt is high quality, and they are super-fast shippers as well!

Testimonial:

Great cables. I'm not an audiophile, so I'm not going to say I hear an incredible difference in overall sound, but they sound just as great as the Mogami cables they replaced and they feel very rugged.

Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service was incredible! I received a personalized video via e-mail thanking me for my purchase. I even received personally signed writing pads in my package. They arrived in 2 days. It was just an incredible experience. I think I'll be ordering more, even if I don't need them! They made me feel like family. It's been a long time since I've seen this class of customer service. Keep up the GREAT work!!

Testimonial:

Rattlesnake cables are an integral part of my rig. I started with the Retro Coily Cables (see Picture) and added the Standard Rattlesnake Cables for runs from the pedal board to the reverb tank and then to the amplifier. Recently, I've added the patch cables to complete my whole signal chain in Rattlesnake Cables. I've been searching for the replacement for my Monster cable since the decline of the company and finally found cables that are actually superior to those! Thank you Rattlesnake.

---

Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service is top notch. In an order of 4 cables, I accidentally added the incorrect size and they corrected it immediately...after I received the cables. Fast shipping and a good old fashioned American manufacturing business!

Testimonial:

I've been playing music professionally for almost 20 years. I've used many of the so-called high cables from the chain music stores and also purchased online. Those cables inevitably would cut out, go out and at the worst possible time. It could be in a Live event or a Studio Session recording on someone else's album, and that is really embarrassing . Thanks to Rattlesnake Cable Co. I won't ever worry again about any cable issues. Rattlesnake Cable Co. takes care and pride in every instrument and audio cable they produce. Each cable is handmade with great attention to detail. They are so confident in their product, each cable is backed by a Lifetime Warranty. My choice, and money will always go to Rattlesnake Cable Co. Thank You Hank, Amy and all your crew.

What Mark C. Said...

Testimonial:

I can't say enough about this company or this product! When we needed tougher cables for the road we tried a lot of different brands but Rattlesnake is a BEAST! The quality of these things are insane. I finally feel like when I plug in my keys or guitar the cable jack isn't going to fall apart in my hands. Love the thickness and feel of these well made cables. They move easily and are not rigid for being as thick as they are. I have instantly become a fan of these and the company communicates very well! Love every aspect about doing business with them You won't be disappointed!

Testimonial:

I am very happy I found Rattlesnake Cables a couple of years ago. The fact that they are a small business right here in the USA makes a difference to me and I am always happy to support American made products. Beyond that, the cables and accessories I have purchased are second to none in quality, feel, looks and functionality. I am very happy with my purchase and will be purchasing from them from here on out.
