Right when I opened that rattlesnake sack I could already tell that the quality of the cable was better than the rest. I have 7 cables and this was the only one with the protectors on it and the others are very popular brands. The way the snake weave cable feels and moves when playing, it doesn't crinkle up like most cables. I also ordered the mustard t shirt. Delivery was on time with no hiccups and packaging was nice and tight. The personalized note welcoming me to the family was a great touch. Actually made it sincere and appreciated.Overall I will no longer be buying cables that dont say Rattlesnake Cable Co. I would recommend everyone who needs a cable to get a Rattlesnake. You wont regret it!

Every detail matters, from the communication to the product to the packaging. Lets talk about the packaging....it could just as easily be shipped out in a plastic bag, but instead it arrived in a gift box full of goodies like stickers, a silk screened cable bag, and a hand written personalized thank you note. I even received a personal video from Hank thanking me for my patronage.
