I had ordered a couple of the snake head TRS cables by mistake but once I noticed, I contacted customer service. Hank and his team went out of their way to correct the ordering mistake I had made. They exchanged the TRS Snake head cable with the correct snake head instrument cables. Once they arrived and had a chance to try them out, I decided to purchase the another instrument cable and patch cables to reconfigure my pedal board. I could not be happier with the choice I made.

Firstly, I am not being sponsored or paid to endorse this product; it's just a great product and so it's the right thing for me to do. The cable is REALLY well made--solid as a rock. I have no issue making my own Mogami/Neutrik cables; but I live in an area with rattlers (see them all the time), and the rattlesnake weave spoke to me and so I dived in (I believe that music instruments and equipment should speak to you/bring you joy). I am using this cable to record all of the guitars in the studio for new @Pitchshifter.uk material :-)
