Cables, who would have thought. I've been playing guitar for 40 years now and in the past 10 years I have become obsessed with hand-built boutique tube amps. I spend hours at a time swapping out tubes for that perfect tone, checking each 6v6, el84, 12ax7 etc. for slight differences in highs and lows and I've never thought about the tone loss within my guitar cable until now. I decided to order a Rattlesnake and I can honestly say there is a difference between this and my old cables and would never have thought about it until I sat comparing the two side by side. I took a chance on buying a 10’ cable to go from my pedal board to amp and immediately was blown away by the fantastic customer service, which included a personal video and note! This level of care did not go unappreciated. I received the cable super quickly and it worked beautifully and looked amazing! I quickly ordered a 15’ and just recently ordered another 10, 15, and 20’ along with a 3’ to run from my bass to my Backbeat wearable subwoofer. The colors/weaves are great and the cables are extremely well built. The customer service is amazing. I've been buying stuff from them for the past few years, and I am pretty much on a first name basis with Hank now. Anyways Hank and company are amazing. They make you feel like a very appreciated customer. I often get stickers and notepads with personalized hand written notes on them which are great. My most recent custom order came with a notepad with the personalized message "Jack, You're the Best!" Thanks again!" -Rattlesnake Team. It definitely made my day! When I put in my most recent custom order, it was made and shipped out all in the same day I put in the order. Anytime I've ordered from them, my orders arrive very quickly. There was one time where I accidentally broke the plug off one of my cables, I emailed them and asked if they could fix it (and since their stuff has a lifetime warranty they said yes). I shipped it to them and it came back fixed very shortly after that. If you want something custom made that isn't advertised (I ordered a 3 foot patch cable recently, whereas they normally advertise patch cables up to a foot), if you ask they can make it. Not only are their cables great, but they have the even better customer service to back it up.

So GOOOD!! I purchased a 20 foot Sea Foam gold end beginning of lock down, and the tonal improvement was literally WIDE EYED WOW! Love the heavy duty, and wayyy quieter (like microphonically much quieter than a fatsoflex even and those were my live "quiet" cord standard). So, during live stage (loud volume) use, I was using a big name $$$ cable. The Rattlesnake Sea Foam Snake Head gold ends direct to Mesa Mark 4 (a noisy higher gain amp) dethroned that. Really big difference. Quieter and just overall clearer and better sounding, straight to amp, secret weapon! So I decided to do my whole pedalboard in Mean Green gold ends. The improvement again, in clarity and just bigger overall sound, hard to describe. So much worth the $$$ that I'm measuring out all my FX cables, dozen or so amp sends from my board and any other signal cables flowing through my rig. Mean Green of course. *I'd like to mentions, the turnaround time, was ONE DAY from order to ship!!! NO himmm-hawwing or excuses. I emailed an order for 10 custom cables Thursday. An hour or so later Hank had already helped me further refine my order for my board exactly, and it was completed and shipped Friday. Hank also made me a personalized thank you video. Model business. Perfect service. The cables are SO much better than my hodgepodge, spaghetti bowl of mixed "quality" brands I won't name. No need. They're all getting sold and like I said, a dozen amp or more cables from board (10-20 footers there), some FX cables, rack cables and some others are on the list to order now. I'd absolutely recommend these cables to anyone looking to upgrade their guitar signal chain. Without hesitation and without buying into internet snake oil, BUY a Rattlesnake guitar cable and see for starters HOW much better they sound. SO good!!

The order was processed and received so quickly, I’m surprised these are custom made. They even throw in a nice pad of stationary. The sheathing on the cable feels indestructible, as do the input jacks. Also, there’s no way anyone is going to mistake these for one of their own generic black cords. I’d say theft-proof if you catch my drift.

Shortly after placing my order I received an email saying my cable was being built. About an hour later I received the shipping/tracking info. The next day I received a video email from Hank (owner) thanking me for my purchase. When the cable arrived it was packaged in a very nice white bag with a cable tie holding it coiled up. There was a company header notepad with a Thank you note written on the first page As I already stated. There is no need to shop around for cables anymore, Rattlesnake Cable Company is it for me!
