Testimonial:

Purchasing a new cable from Rattlesnake cables was one of the best experiences I've had in years, from processing, to keeping me informed to receiving the product. The packaging and presentation were stellar - 10/10 effort and enthusiasm. I don't immediately need anything else, but I really want to buy more from Rattlesnake!

Testimonial:

I bought my first Rattlesnake Cable years and years ago, but they last so long and stand up to gigs and practices so well, it was a long time before I had to buy a couple more. Then it was more years in between. So I just bought a few more and here's the thing: The cables are incredible. The quality almost seems like magic. The customer service is on a level that will make you wonder if you've walked into a movie scene. Literally, the best experience buying music gear I've ever had and I've been playing since the late 1980s. You'll never need another cable when you've bought a Rattlesnake.

Sorry - the only pic I have right now is of my Temple Board case, where the Rattlesnake logo is proudly displayed - pics of the cables in action may be taken later ;)

What Derek H. Said...

Testimonial:

If you're anything like me, cables can often be one of the easily forgotten about parts of your guitar rig. They often seem like the least exciting parts of gear to buy, but without them, you can't do anything! Trust me - you owe it to yourself to get some from Rattlesnake because these are without a doubt the best cables I've ever owned. They're sturdy, super heavy-duty, and they look cool as hell. Can't ask for more!

Thoughts about our Service:

Customer service was above and beyond. Fortunately, I didn't have any issues with my order so I never needed to follow up, but Hank and his team were there for me with questions before buying and even sent a custom video thanking me for my purchase! Wow. Just insane attention to detail. It makes me want to order from them again.

What was purchased:

As an actively gigging musician, I need to count on my gear to be consistently reliable, most especially my cables. Rattlesnake cables have proven to be just that, to the point of being near indestructible. And they look amazing!

The only thing as good as Hank's cables is his customer service. The fast turnaround on orders and excellent communications throughout their buying process gives peace of mind.

Testimonial:

First thing first…best communication and customer service of any company, big or small, music equipment or anything else. I felt like my purchase (just a 6' instrument cable!) was important to Rattlesnake. And then the cable arrives well-packaged, and it's super high quality like you expect. All around great experience. I will be buying my next cables from Rattlesnake.

Testimonial:

This is my sixth cable from Rattlesnake, and I thought when I was ordering my first one that wow these are high $ but I was wrong ! They're worth every penny. I watch guys stand, walk, and just overall abuse my cables (without even realizing it) but they still look like new and better yet, they play like they are brand new! I have been bitten by the Rattlesnake and I am sold.

Testimonial:

I recently purchased a 15' standard cable in copper with Neutrik straight gold to Neutrik straight gold. I got it in a few days, and I also got a personal video from Hank Donovan thanking me for my purchase. Great customer service and a great cable. It is a very rugged cable and sports a beautiful copper color that matches the Santana Yellow color of my '86 PRS. Thanks, Hank and crew!
