Testimonial:

Wanted one really good cable for straight to my amp, and this is the right choice. Super clean to my ears, and the build quality and design are first rate. I'm glad this is the cable I chose. Next up: patch cables and effects loop cables for a new pedal board I'm working out. I won't waste time using cables from any one else.

Thoughts about our Service:

Excellent customer service and engagement. They were really quick to acknowledge my order, build the cable, and ship it. I received the cable far sooner than expected. They took great care in packaging, which says a lot about them, I think. Though sloppy packaging would not have had a negative impact on this cable--It seems pretty much bomb-proof--that they take the time and effort to package something well sure says that they care.

What was purchased:

10' straight-to-straight cable, standard snake weave--Looks killer w/ my Strat and Tele, for what it's worth.

Testimonial:

I've been playing guitar and bass since 1963. Although I'm a hobbyist player and performer, a good deal of that time has been spent on stage or in the studio depending on quality instruments and equipment for a positive outcome. Quality cables are an absolute necessity. I bought my first Rattlesnake cables about two weeks ago. I am super impressed with the quality of the cables so far. Nice heavy gauge cable, sealed ends, and the colorful sheathing is not only pretty cool visually, but keeps the cables just rigid enough, without being stiff, that they do not tangle and knot up during use, and after use make coiling them for storage an easy, manageable task. On my first use, I noticed a stronger signal that seemed to be more clear, which put these cables on a higher level than anything I've previously used in an almost 59 year musical journey. Hank and his team provided superior customer service. I ordered my cables on a Saturday late morning and they arrived at my home before noon on Monday. Follow ups from Hank following the order were welcome and he made them of a personal nature, which I enjoyed. The website is attractive, friendly, and informative. The order and check out process was simple and easy to accomplish. Bottom line is I'm very impressed by Hank and his company, the quality of his products, and his fast, personalized customer follow up and service. Great people to do business with who provide a superior product. Five stars all the way from me. Thanks for a good experience!

Testimonial:

Having experienced a good few cable failures at gigs I was looking for a quality product on a different level. My last cable failure was an expensive Fender Custom shop cable - when I found the tag it indicated Chinese manufacture so I pulled the cable apart and realized there had to be something much better. I was in 12th Fret Music in Boise, ID where I found the Rattlesnake display - upon inspection I bought one and was so impressed I ordered others online. Now both my pedal boards use Rattlesnake. No cable failures since - so if you don't want to deal with cable failures checkout Rattlesnake - you won't be disappointed. The Rattlesnake Company is also a quality company to deal with.

Testimonial:

I am ecstatic! Arrived a day earlier than expected. The sound from these gives more depth, clarity, and range not found anywhere else. Already had Dirty Tweed I got for Christmas and have been using it exclusively. I couldn't believe what a difference a cable could make. Ordered 2 snake heads, one in red for guitars and Oxblood for bass. Thanks, Hank for the personal video. Makes me feel appreciated as a customer. Box full of goodies and notepad with personal thank you note. The best thing you will ever do for your guitar(s) and amps. Going to spend an afternoon of Sonic bliss????
