Delightful! Ordered from the www but the discount code was automatically added in the cart. Also after ordering it got a shirt video from Hank thanking me for the purchase. I thought that was a nice touch and made me feel even better about choosing Rattlesnake for my new cables!

It's easy to forget that lots of things go into making up your sound, and one of those things is your cables. It's silly to scrimp in one place and spend in another. Rattlesnake cables are an item that can stand with your great guitar, your great amp, and do them justice. Run, don't walk...

For five years going I don't use any instrument cable other than Rattlesnake for my collection of instruments. They're tough, clean, and the company's build quality, communication, fast shipping, plus their willingness to custom-made the cable to your specs is excellent.

What Joshua W. Said...

Testimonial:

I had ordered a couple of the snake head TRS cables by mistake but once I noticed, I contacted customer service. Hank and his team went out of their way to correct the ordering mistake I had made. They exchanged the TRS Snake head cable with the correct snake head instrument cables. Once they arrived and had a chance to try them out, I decided to purchase the another instrument cable and patch cables to reconfigure my pedal board. I could not be happier with the choice I made.
